« We had to wait for an hour after agreed upon check-in time to get our key, we could not reach the host, the apartment was dirty, we had no warm water and on one occasion no water at all. Though the apartment is in a good location, it is right next to the tramway, which is very noisy and causes the entire apartment to shake every five minutes. All in all, a terrible experience. »

« Es war ganz ganz schlimm. Wir sind 1200 km gefahren sind vor Ort gewesen und dieses Haus existiert nicht. Wir haben Fewo paarmal angerufen, und um Hilfe gebeten, aber es kam null Hilfe. Wir standen auf der Straße. 2 Erwachsenen und 3 Kinder. Meine Frau mit einer Schwerbehinderung. Da wir in Bosnien keinen Handyempfang hatten, sind wir nach Kroatien zurückgefahren um mit der Fewo zu kommunizieren. Wir wurden einfach im Regen stehen gelassen. Die Kinder und die Frau am weinen. « We had a very amazing time at your home. It was everything they advertized and more. We were greeted by the nicest staff we have ever had the priviledge of working with. They brought fresh fruits vegetables and honey from local farms. The Fridge was stocked with so many items that we had no need to leave on our first night there, which was especially nice after such a long day of travel.
