« The house is a basic condo but it worked well for our needs. There is a nice pool in the community and it’s close to the beach. It’s got all of the basic stuff you need and while it’s small, the washer and dryer was a nice treat. We didn’t get a lot of hot water, which made showering a little unpleasant. Also, we only received the check-in info shortly before checkin, which was a little stressful. Overall though, for the price and location it’s a great deal. »

« If you are looking for a very relaxing stay with an ocean view and an amazing pool, this is the house! Host was great and very communicative. Note, Tamarindo and Flamingo Beach were about 1 hour and 30 minutes away, which were perfect drives to start our adventures.For night life, Coco Beach is only a 15-minute drive away and has a great scene. Just a heads up for future guests: the roads can be narrow in some sections, but they felt safe overall. Highly recommend!" »

It is very well air-conditioned, and the casita at the bottom of the property is perfect for guests who would like a little separation from the main house. « Wow, this property is amazing. The inside is well designed and decorated and the view is absolutely fabulous. Everything has been well thought out and was very comfortable. We loved hanging out at the pool and hot tub just watching the boats in the bay. The pool table got a lot of use as well. The kitchen had everything we needed. « Great place, great location. Steven was extremely knowledgeable and helpful prior to our trip. He has any information you could possibly need. It was very helpful in our planning our vacation. The place is perfectly located on the hillside and delivered amazing sunsets. Shuttle to the resort beach was right outside the house and was very convenient. « This house was absolutely the perfect place for our extended family to experience Costa Rica for the first time. Large rooms, with attached bathrooms for each made it a very comfortable stay. Many hours were spent in the gorgeous pool, and the kids loved the water slides in the neighborhood. The view at sunset was spectacular. Would stay again in a heartbeat! »

« I’ve stayed at this property before and same as last time, it was spectacular. Had an issue with the air conditioning in the master bedroom at check in which Vanessa, the property manager, quickly got resolved. She rocks!!!!! This location is peaceful, quiet and serene. « We were a family of 8 staying at Casa Pom Pom. From start to finish we have no complaints. The house was even better than we expected. Alex & Armando went beyond being helpful.
