« We loved the place. It was huge and clean. There were 9 of us and we had so much extra room! Super clean and well equipped.Our only gripe was that the posting made it seem a lot closer to the beach than it was. It’s a 5 minute drive to the beach, not walkable. The pin drop makes it look like it’s a block from the beach. »

« What an amazing place to stay on the Playa Del Coco coast!! We enjoyed Tim's home so much we never wanted to leave! Everything about the home is 5-star - from the comfortable beds, bathroom amenities, fully-stocked kitchen, infinity pool, deck furniture, etc., etc. We just wished we had stayed longer. Tim has thought of everything and is so kind. He has great people working for him to help with concierge services, housekeeping and meal preparation. He has such nice touches, including beautiful...

« Right on the beach. Clean house with all you need. Everything worked as it should. Oliver took care of our every need. Edwin and his family took personal care of us even cooking a traditional meal. an awesome home in an awesome location. rent a golf cart or car to run errands.. so much easier. The howler monkeys and iguanas add to the experience. »

« What a lovely stay!!! The house was beautiful and spacious, the bedroom ACs were very comfortable, and the kitchen was everything we needed. The proximity to the beautiful black sand Playa Ocotal and a great restaurant (Father Rooster) really simplified our vacation. Would def recommend. »

« We had an amazing time at Villa Nambi. Matt and Emily think of everything. The staff was phenomenal and took great care of us and also were a helpful set of eyes watching the kids in the pool. We also used the provided villa boats three times and caught a massive amount of fish and had a day of snorkeling and water sports. I’ve stayed at the Four Seasons Papagayo which was very good, but Viridian far surpasses it.We are already planning our return trip.! »

« The home was great, communication and the response of any issues were handled expeditiously. They were always kind and provided answers to any questions that were asked of them. Property could stand to purchase a new sofa for the living room as it is pretty worn, paint off the wall in master bathroom was chipped and should be painted. »

« Beautiful home and incredible views. The only somewhat negative thing I can say is about the steep hills you need to drive up to get to the house, not for the faint of heart. Once you go up once or twice it’s not that bad. Truly spectacular views and great property, we loved it. »
