This was our first visit to the Canadian Rockies and we were very pleased with this Canmore property. The rental was very clean and well stocked with all the essentials, even basic laundry supplies.The communication was excellent the whole way, including being able to text the rental office if we had any concerns. The pool is a bit small, but the hot tub area is very large. All indoors. There are several eateries and a bar within walking distance.Note that the elevator is not working and it's three flights of stairs from the parking garage; it was a workout at first with the altitude, but we eventually grew to appreciate the extra exercise. Note that the complimentary Parks Canada Discovery pass might be turned away at the pass checkpoint on your way to Jasper Park, so be prepared to pay if the agent doesn't accept it. Otherwise, it worked well within Banff.

I'd gladly give this spot 5 stars, but be warned that the summer of 2025 the elevator in the building is not working. That may not sound like a lot, but you'll park on a lower level. This unit is on the "second floor" but there's a main floor before floor 1. So really you are on floor 3 plus a lower level down to the parking lot. That's a lot of stairs to haul luggage up in a high altitude.The management company did let us know a month or so before the trip (but well after we booked it) that the elevator was out. We talked with other guests in the property whose management company did not tell them, so I applaud Little Sisters for letting us know. That said, I felt like there should've been some discount or rebate given to us for our trouble.Now to the positives...lots of space and everything is as presented on the listing. It's a beautiful unit and I'd definitely stay here again. Having the park pass is a nice touch. The location is easy to navigate in Canmore. Walkable to some restaurants, breweries, etc. Canmore is very easy to get around if you have a car. Management company is easy to reach during your stay as well. Very responsive.So: I'd 100% stay here again. But, I'd make 100% sure the elevator is running before booking.

The apartment was perfect for the three of us. Having two bathrooms was a bonus. Fortunately we were on the second floor so the lack of elevator service wasn’t a big deal. Good and frequent communication was appreciated as were all the details provided in the suite. Would love to stay here again.

This condo was exactly as described and exceded our expectations. It was perfect for me, my husband and our 2 adult sons, plus our dog who had never traveled with us before. Some other rentals I had looked at gave me the impression that bringing a pet was somewhat of an inconvenience, but that was not the case here which we appreciated. The unit has a great layout and was very clean with adequate supplies. Loved having the washer and dryer in the unit as well.The elevator for the building was unfortunately out of service, but the unit is on the 2nd floor so it wasn't too big of an issue. Our only complaint was that getting to the pool area was a bit of a hassle because we had to go through the parkade to get there, but this was a minor inconvenience. We would definitely love to stay in this rental again!

I stayed with my daughter & this place was perfect. Lots of space, my daughter (9) loved having a tv in the bedroom that she could connect to Netflix. It had everything we needed. The pool is great for kids and the hot tub was nice for mom. Great to have indoor parking as well. The people we dealt with on the phone were so lovely as well - making sure we had what we needed to get into the suite.

We had a great stay with our adult family members at Solera. Condo had plenty of space for all. Parkade was nice to have our vehicle in. Short walk to downtown. Kitchen was well equipped for us to make our meals here. Coffee maker was a little slow to brew a pot of coffee- I’d recommend a Keurig type coffee maker… more convenient. Hot tub was great after a hike. We didn’t use the pool though. Beds very very comfortable. Nothing to do with the condo itself, but the elevator was stuck with one of our family members and dog in it for about 45 minutes. Staff were quick to act on it, once alerted of the problem. Overall, it was a great place to stay in Canmore.

My husband, dog and I had a wonderful stay. This unit has a great location with nice covered parking. Lots of trails to walk our dog. We had everything we needed. My only recommendation would be to have a boot mat for the winter. Great place.

Building could use an update as it is starting to show its age. In particular the common hallways and stairwells need new carpet or at the very least a good washing. Our apartment was spacious and well equipped. We suggest a better and faster coffee maker as this one did not function well. Also the pillows need to be replaced. Enjoyed the location of the apartment and the free parking. Would definitely return but would bring my own Bodum.
