La nourriture était très bonne, ont a vraiment aimé le taco bar. On a adoré la qualité du service qu’on a reçu, c’était la fête à ma soeur et ils ont préparé une petite surprise dans la chambre. C’était vraiment gentil de leur part. Ont va y retourner, c’est sûr et certain!

Excellent hôtel ! Pas un hôtel de party, mais très bien pour les couples et les familles. La bouffe est très bien, l’accueil, la propreté, la chambre et la tranquillité. La plage est vraiment super. Seul bémol, le manque de chaises sur la plage. C’était ma 2e visite et j’y retournerai !

Positif : staff was smiley, polite , professionalism. Service waiter was excellent. They care about us. At recept also was polite and productif. Have good alcohol at bar. The feeling of well serve was the biggest positif experience. The quality of the vegetable at the buffet was great. Buffer was: was clean and well watch by the cook. Having 4 escalator was very good. Not waiting long. Towel for the beach is well clean , quality and still new. All the staff can speak very well english and care of us. Quality of the bottle water and giving beer in can was great. Negative point: transport was not include in the deal with expedia. Beach seat is a little old and not enough. Negative point: the bed was not firm enough ,

Excellent! The staff was extremely welcoming and helpful. The place was amazing. The taco and bars by the beach were amazing but the food at the buffet could be a little more tasty. The evening event could be a bit longer or at least play music when the act was finish. Aside from this, our stay was great!

Staff was amazing, they ALL make sure you have everything you need in no time. We asked for someone to secure the room for our 10 months old baby we had someone from the maintenance coming right away. Kiko at the bell desk was AMAZING and making sure everyday we had a wonderful stay. Big thanks to Liliana & Gloria at the ventanas restaurant, their smiles every morning was adding even more sushine to our day and they were very kind with our kids. Food was excellent. The only drawback was the sunbeds, they were booked with towels every morning by people not at the pool and only showing up later in the day. It clearly says you can't do that and even after few complaints to the management we very often had no sunbed for us and our 2 kids in the morning. It was 8.30 AM, no one in the pool, almost all sun beds with towels and we had to either sit on a chair or remove towels but we got fed up to fight with the people saying it was their sunbed. This was very disappointing.

Les restaurants sont moyens à bon, mais jamais excellent (mais les déjeuner très bon). Service impécable. Très familialle. Ma conjointe a adorer la place a café. Les cocktails superbe et les bands de musique toujours excellent. La piscine est petite mais la plage très belle.

Everything was excellent from staff to food to customer service except for the pricing of the merchandise in general and the gift store. I totally got that prices are higher since it’s based in the resorts however personal care items such as sunscreen, lotions and shampoos were overly priced. Get ready to pay five times more for items like that. Other than that, it was an excellent experience for us and we will definitely go back to this resorts

The pictures on your website make it look peaceful and tranquil, but it’s more like spring break on the Las Vegas strip. I got a head ACH every time I left my room. There is not enough shade outside and I got super sunburned. The beach is not groomed. There was lots of seaweed on the sand. There are lots of rocks, which I cut my leg on, and the swimming area is very narrow. The food was excellent!

1. the proeprty is kind of old， but well maintained. Room feels humid when the AC is on. overall comfortable except the humidity. 2. dinner menu is excellent, breakfast and lunch buffet is always the same, only one restaurant is open for lunch / breakfast. lots of cocktail options. sepcial items like lobster/ tomhawk steak are charged 60~200 usd. coconut is only served from 12 pm to 1pm and cost 10 usd. 3. not enough shaded beach beds/ chairs. many chairs with shade is occupied by belongs all day and the hotel never manages them. 4.Need to be on the waitlist for dinner. 5. Paola seems always ignored me when i am in front of the Italian restuarant. 6. no early check-in before 3pm though one can dine before getting the room. super thanks i can stay until 5pm after checkout.

We came to stay as a family. We loved the staff and the amnesties in general. Everyone was welcoming and there weee plenty to do at the hotel. The beach is nice too and so is the food. The cons: too loud at night. Impossible to sleep. Also, the place needs renovations (AC wayyyy too old and loud, and some areas of the pools are cracking or shaving off for example). Still we were generally happy with our stay.

We loved staying here! The staff was absolutely amazing, they did fun activities in the pool and on tje beach daily, and love the large selection of food! Only complaints we have is most of the power outlets would show power but never charge anything, bedside light didnt work, and we couldnt leave food or drink because of ants. Otherwise this was an amazing stay!

Staff were nice but not super helpful when problems arose. We initially park where told and noticed water there. When checking later water was rising and smelled like sewage. I let staff know, and nothing was done. Again we checked on car after dinner, as it was a rental, and water continue to rise even faster. Finally they said we could park somewhere else. Didn’t say anything about the request about it earlier or apologies. Facility ran down, water leaking from ceiling in multiple places. Our bathroom smelled like vinegar our entire stay.

We come to Mexico often and this has been a favorite for us. The week stay was wonderful! The staff is amazing, the food fresh and top notch! The rooms and hotel clean and comfortable. The animation team was great. Music was great at the pool but a bit loud. Alain and Christian from the team were great. All the staff everywhere in the hotel were very respectful and very friendly and the customer service was the most amazing I have seen at all the hotels I stayed at in my life in Europe of the US. Please pass the appreciation to your staff always as this is very important for your reputation as a hotel. The rooms need soundproofing as we could hear everything from the corridors and hear people talking loudly, which was annoying sometimes. We loved our room 2559. The design of the room is very convenient and a nice view of the lagoon. The Front desk staff were amazing and helpful as well, especially Josephina as she accomated our request to change the room very professionally. Thanks again.
