Beaucoup trop cher pour une plage en algues
La facture de hotels.com n'était pas assez pour Mariott. Un autre 75 $ us pour les frais de résort. Les frais de hôtels.com était pour la chambre , pas pour le résort qui est en surplus. Donc 500 $ par jour n'était pas assez. De plus le service était agréable mais toujours avec la main tendu pour un pourboire supplémentaire . De notre voyage de 15 jours au Mexique , Cancun coutait 7x le prix de Campeche, 4x le prix de Mérida, 2x le prix de Playa del Carmen. Ceci est vrai pour l'hôtel ainsi que les restaurants et les boissons.

Beautiful property excellent staff but very poor in internal management. Also not well organized restaurant closer with out warning limited food options they should’ve kept hotel non inclusive very poor in that aspect I give it a 2 star review very disappointed even there own staff recognizes the flaw with the food service. Very disappointed would not recommend because of this situation I think management should really look in to this matter the Pennie’s they think that they are saving is damaging Marriott’s reputation.

April 24 through April 29. My experience at the Marriott exceeded my expectations, the staff. Was fabulous. King size, partial view was beautiful on the Paradisus side . Not facing construction. Noise and disruptions were extremely minimal. I prepared w earplugs, not needed. Room was spacious and comfortable. Full size toiletries that smelled so good. Mini fridge stocked w beer, water, pop. Corridor security daily. Someone was always outside my door walking. All the food at all restaurants was delicious. Limited options at Mo's. Fish sandwiches were very good. Beautiful dinner w a view. Casa Madre and Hanna my favorite! Alex and Karly attended to us personally for breakfast daily. Food was authentic Mexican and handmade tortillas, empanadas, quesadillas were delicious. Dinner was amazing. Variety of regional food. We were the first to try Hanna's ala carte menu. Altemo was a great waiter. New York, prime rib, short ribs, and filet mignon were so delicious! Great portions! Met the Cheff too, he came out to greet us. Pool was big, available seating daily, staff was amazing. Drinks were very good. Downfalls: accessibility ♿️ by pool bathrooms were downstairs. They didn't have handrails, ramp or elevator. Traveling w seniors going downstairs was a challenge. More restrooms on level needed. Overall, beautiful resort, many restaurant options , great staff. Yes I would return.

Hotel is under renovation, however, our family had great time and we really enjoyed our stay. Staff were so nice and they're so accommodating. Excellence service especially Leonardo, Froylan and the rest of the team in Hana's Restaurant. Francisco from the Pool side. Rocedes from Bellman. And rest of the restaurant team, everybody, did an excellent job. Thank you, Marriott All inclusive Cancun.

We visited the hotel in the beginning of April 2024. There was a lot of construction going on. The children's pool and the slide were closed, which was quite disappointing as this was a major reason we selected this hotel over others. The main pool is too deep and too cold for children. There were other issues related to the construction, such as limited restaurant options. Other than that the hotel is OK. The staff is friendly and attentive, the food and drinks were OK for an all-inclusive. You can walk to the adjacent JW Marriot hotel, which has some additional restaurants (pricey, not included). And of course the beach is great and the color of the sea is beautiful. Despite all the problems, we still had a relaxing vacation. Beware of the ATM in the lobby. I used it to withdraw some cash and a few days later there were fraudulent attempts to charge my debit card. If you need pesos, it's better bring some dollars and exchange at the front desk.

The staff here is amazing. Shout out to Mikel, Angie, Andy, for being kind and fun. Pablo working around the pool is top notch. What is killing this place is the food. Two restaurants open for dinner for 7 days is real drag and the food was not good. We nearly starved out. Breakfast is the best of it. Ceviche at the pool is great but you can't live on it twenty four seven. The construction there is still pretty heavy duty. When this is running at capacity it's going to be a train wreck.

Marriott Cancun hotel experience I wanted to surprise my wife with an incredible experience, found out on the internet add that said recently opened march 2024 so great a new hotel recently remodeled, at no point they said anything about construction. We arrived beautiful lobby, they said it was all inclusive, we wanted to eat they mentioned they had Japanese restaurant hibachi and sushi, I was starving and said I wanted sushi, they told us that was closed indefinitely the sushi , and hibachi was opened but said no more reservations was full and needed 1 day in advance , we walked by and only 3 tables of people, I told my wife in Spanish complaining of the bad service and a waiter told us they were empty that we could come in when in reception they told us no Room was super nice but smelled like paint and glue we got dicy we had a nice view when I opened balcony could see gazebo close to water and construction workers laying in floor like sleeping that was my view, next morning around 7/7:30 am I could her noises, hitting hammers, guys laughing, my door shaking like someone trying to open, so I got out tons of construction workers in halls, all adjacent rooms opened guys painting, hammering, chatting, look very bad went down to the buffet I go to Cancun and playa all the time this time I paid almost $700 a night expected an amazing buffet, all restaurants when I go have this incredible tables with tons of exotic fruits and food, smoked salmon, prosciutto my surplice was that

I've never left a review before but this one, I felt inclined. They were dishonest about the amount of construction that's being done on-site. Constructions are quite everywhere. Very loud construction from early in the morning, throughout the day, and sometimes late at night...it's impossible to rest! Half of the resort is not open yet & closed due to construction. You see it all from your room, from the pool, from the lobby... To make things worse, it rained one day we stayed & rain leaked everywhere - main lobby, restaurants, etc... I'm sure the resort will be wonderful once it's fully open but now is NOT the time to go. It looked like they won't be finished until at least end of the summer. Plus side? Whatever is open is quite nice, and the food and performances at the Mexican Restaurant (Casa Madre) is good.

Just came back from a 5 day stay at the Marriott. Although some renovations are still underway we had an excellent experience! We were never disturbed by the construction noise. The entire staff was attentive and pleasant. They had plenty of planned activities for the children because camp kids was not open. I never heard one complaint from any child that they were board! They also had a full day of activities for adults as well! Special shout out to Pablo! He was amazing! He took great care of us and all the guests! I would love to come back once the renovations are complete! The hotel is already beautiful and it will stunning once completed.

LIKE: the property was located in the middle of the hotel zone and was a bus ride to everywhere. there was not enough affordable restuarants within walking distance. most of the restaurants were "fancier" DISLIKE: concierge was not knowlegeable about the location of the hotel in reference to our excursions (e.g. they didn't know how to get 13.5KM on the hotel zone and suggested we take a taxi which cost 20 US dollars when we could have walked a KM and/or bus for one US dollar)
