« Got the 2 bed room apartment for a long family stay, and the apartment was well cleaned, fresh and airy. Amenities (washer/dryer, microwave, cooker etc all included). The staff were welcoming and helpful especially the Manager, house keeping came every other day or so & were thorough, Location is great at Canary wharf, close to the train station and other nice shopping & dining access within walking distance. Overall would definitely recommend this Fraser place for stays! »

« The Locke hotels are always very beautifully designed and the rooms are very nice. The rooms are large, fully equipped kitchen and nice layout. We had some trouble with the A/C, but was immediately taken care of by the staff, who are very friendly. The only minimal drawback is that we stayed for 6 nights and had programmed housekeeping for the third night, but they never came. "Très bel hôtel ,le personnel est super que ce soit à l’accueil,le bar ,le personnel du petit déjeuner….cependant un seul bémol le frigo de la chambre 615 est à nettoyer…je m’en suis aperçue en partant…sinon pour le reste c’était impeccable,la vue sur les docks et sur o 2 est magnifique…..il est un peu excentré mais le calme était vraiment un plus! Nous avons été surclassés alors merci beaucoup….."
