Très bien
Très bien. Réception amicale et efficace. La chambre est grande et confortable et la salle de bains au diapason. Les grandes fenêtres donnent directement sur le parc du lac Te Koo Utu pour un calme parfait et la possibilité de se balader. La ville et ses restaurants sont accessibles à pied. Le petit-déjeuner est donné au restaurant de l'hôtel et est commandé à la carte.

The hotel was beautiful! It was located right in town-everything was within walking distance- but it overlooked the lake and felt absolutely peaceful!

I really dont want to leave this review because when we stay there again we may struggle to get a room. Amazing in all aspects, highly recommend and only a short trip to Hamilton Gardens, the amazing Cambridge town centre and lake Karapiro. Not to mention the "Hidden Lake" behind the property. An amazing stay, than you team!!

The hotel is hidden in a shopping mall. But once you have found it everything inside was extremely nice. The apartment was spacious and comfortable, very modern and clean. Lovely view of the trees above the hidden lake.

Very clean and had helpful staff and a few places to eat in walking distance. Perfect place to rest on the way to Hobbiton or Waitomo glow worm caves.

We loved our stay at the Hidden Lake Hotel. We had two double beds which was enough for our family of four. We had breakfast included which was delicious, especially the full breakfast and French toast options. It’s not a busy hotel and liked the quiet. There are lots of dining options for lunch/dinner in the area and grocery nearby (walking distance). They even have a private hot tub which can be booked. Would definitely stay here again in Cambridge.

Lovely setting, the lake is so beautiful. So convenient to everything we did (Hobbiton and Tauranga). Shoutout to Chris who was so helpful and the young lady who helped make our Glow Worm Caves tour reservation.

Excellent hotel with great breakfast menu and very friendly restaurant staff. The dining room has beautiful views over the eponymous Hidden Lake. The location itself is a bit mixed .. the hotel is in a strip mall kind of setting which feels a little industrial, or motel like. However, on the other hand there are very nice dining options right next to the hotel (Koi being a highlight!) and there is a very nice trail right behind the hotel along the lake. But bottomline - if we swing by these parts again, we will most definitely look to stay again at this hotel.

Great stay in Cambridge
This is a very nice, business-style hotel. Spotlessly clean, it's got good parking and a *beautiful* lake just out back. Best of all, they have a free, private hot tub/spa available upstairs. No kitchenette, but otherwise, this clean, friendly place is a winner.

Awesome place to stay everything you need right outside the door or just stay in and dine at the restaurant (great food) only thing I would recommend is putting normal filter coffee in the room not everyone likes the machine stuff - it’s also worth a walk around the Hidden Lake .. will definitely stay again

Nice location and good service
Front desk staff were helpful and professional. The room was spacious and the tea set was a nice touch. Wish there is a microwave in room or in lobby (subtract one star) but the hotel employees did help us with heating up some leftover. There is a great fish and chip place (T&S Takeaways) next door and many other food options. The little lake behind the hotel is actually a nice and peaceful park. Our family enjoyed taking a walk around there.

You will be very happy if you meet Rajwinder (hope I’ve spelled her name correctly) during your stay. She is very sincerely professional, friendly, courteous and informative. The property itself is situated in a shopping mall, but is at the top of Hidden Lake, hence the name. The area in front of the property is beautiful, with walking trails. Having the plaza there is convenient, with a pharmacy, restaurants, a spa, and the gym which is available to guests. The rooms are eco-friendly and beautifully decorated. We found it to be an oases. A wonderful stay.

Modern, comfortable hotel ideal for a stop over on a road trip. Don't be put off by it being located in a retail park. And the satnav won't be able to find it so research ahead. Plenty of dining options and more in the main town of Cambridge 10 minutes away. Gym pass to a good gym in the retail park.

Lovely new hotel. Our room was comfortable and quiet and spotlessly clean. Staff was friendly. Included breakfast was cooked to order and very good. Unusual location in a small shopping mall with several restaurants so if you don’t want to eat at the hotel, there are several choices within a 1 minute walk.
