This rate includes:

- EuropAssistance insurance to cover penalties in the event of cancellation of the stay = In addition to objectively documentable and unpredictable health or work reasons at the time of booking, you can cancel and be reimbursed in case of reasons related to: Covid-19 infections, epidemics and pandemics that directly affect you, your travel companion or family member; terrorist attack that hit the place of stay.
- Stay cancellation guarantee for Lockdown = In the event that you have to cancel your stay due to lockdowns issued by governments in the 30 days prior to check-in due to the evolution of the Covid-19 pandemic: national lockdown Italy; local lockdown in Italy concerning the area in which the booked villa is located ("red" area or impossible to reach due to official restrictions on free circulation); national lockdown of your country of residence; local lockdown in Italy in the Municipality or in the area of residence.

The property, in a privileged location, is the perfect example of contemporary comfort and modern design. Upon entering, you are greeted by a bright and welcoming ambience, where every detail has been attended to with extreme attention. The harmoniously distributed internal spaces are furnished with exclusive and elegant furniture, lending the home a touch of class and refinement. The neutral tones of the walls blend perfectly with the fine materials chosen for the furnishings, creating an inviting and sophisticated atmosphere. Every element of this home, from the choice of the finishes to the furnishings, has been designed to provide a cosy and comfortable environment. The central location, combined with the proximity to services, makes this property an oasis of comfort and practicality, ideal for those who wish to experience all that Lido di Camaiore has to offer. Furthermore, the property has an agreement with the Marisa bathing establishment, just a few steps away and equipped with a swimming pool and restaurant. NB: the property is on the ground floor while the first floor, with independent access, is for the use of the owners who, although not living there on a daily basis, guarantee maximum privacy and discretion to guests and are available to offer support if necessary.
Interior:
Casa Amare covers an area of about 80 sqm on the ground floor. Entering, you come to the living area which includes the open-plan kitchen and living room with TV, and also a queen-size sofa bed. Continuing on, you come to the sleeping area consisting of a double bedroom with wardrobe room, ensuite bathroom with shower and access to the outside via French windows, followed by a second double bedroom, also with access to the outside and with ensuite bathroom with shower. A further bathroom with shower and an ante-bathroom with washing machine complete the property. Air conditioning in the bedrooms.
Park:
The garden of the property is located in the front, completely tiled and fenced, framed by hedges that ensure privacy. Making it even more evocative are majestic palm trees which provide an exotic and tropical touch. In the garden is a splendid Jacuzzi tub, perfect for moments of pure well-being, day or night. Next to it, elegant gazebos accommodate ergonomic sunbeds, ideal for sunbathing or relaxing in the shade with a good book. A large dining table, located under an umbrella, invites you to enjoy pleasant al fresco dinners. This space is completed by an elegant outdoor seating area, where you can sit and enjoy an aperitif or a chat with friends. To the side is the parking area.Please notice that photos are taken in spring, therefore flower blossoming, and the colours of the gardens' grass could be different at the moment of your arrival at the villa.
