Palaces à Cam Ranh

« 1100 plus rooms but no way to check in before the 2:00 time line as “your room is not ready” was the answer for 90 minutes. The place was so empty and quiet they shut down the restaurant and kiosk. If you look close you can see the dirt. So don’t look too closely »

« Bon rapport qualité prix »

« Excellent service, surtout en préparation de notre arrivée. Nous pouvons adresser des demandes à l’avance et ils feront tout leur possible pour y répondre. Installations grandioses et plage magnifique. Je le recommande »

« Check-in was not smooth »

« Such a wonderful experience staying here. It’s a brand new property, absolutely immaculate. We spent one night there and regret not being able to stay longer. We booked one of their signature “The Level” suites and with sweeping views of the mountains and sea. The staff were very attentive to our needs and made us feel truly welcome especially Hai Vy who checked us in and Thanh Thanh who checked us out. Breakfast was delicious as well! Will definitely come again! »

« It would be impossible to overstate how wonderful this place! A wonderful experience in all ways! Beautiful property, great staff, incredible breakfast buffet and VERY comfortable bed! Will definitely return! »

« Très bien »

« C est un super beau ressort je le conseil à tous car très belle vu de la piscine des chambres et très bien entretenu des espaces vert. »

« Magnifique chambre avec une vue splendide sur la mer je recommande cet établissement »

« There were several instances where the staff’s limited English led to repeated follow-up calls for clarification. Additionally, some information was changed again at check-in, causing confusion. The accommodation also had a noticeable issue with ants and other insects. »

« The beach had restricted access. I wasn’t sure whether it was because of the strong tides or the lack of lifeguards. »

« Really enjoyed the property and private beach. Breakfast was delicious. »

« The hotel was good , clean and the staff was great. The location not so great . Poor side of town it seemed »
