« The property makes you leave a cash deposit, they won't just hold it on your credit card. I asked for ice for my room, they said they don't have it. I asked for a fan for my room, they said they didn't have it. I asked for a king-size bed, they gave me two twins. When I pushed the two twins together, I found dirty cigarette butts and trash. Mini-fridge barely works. Not near any stores, restaurants or shopping. Paid for breakfast with the booking, had to fight with them because they said...

« Beautiful view and reasonable price, but terrible service and cleanliness. The bathroom tiles and floors were black and poorly cleaned. The staff was unprofessional and rude. At checkout, they bluntly demanded I wait 5 minutes without any explanation. Later, I found out it was for a room inspection for the deposit. Communication was awful. »
