« Clean, well furnished. Swimming not done as weather was cold. Fishing was disappointing, no boat available and off dock was shallow and weedy. Could use some covering over bed legs, hit toe, thought i broke it. Never met host, no communication at all. »

« We had two of the cabins on this property with Family! Our stay was wonderful! People on the lake, so the dock was helpful. The kids enjoyed the beach and the swim raft! Having use of the kayaks, wasn’t Added bonus. Great memories made! »

« The smell of the water was terrible, especially in the bathroom sink. It had a rotten egg smell. Wish there had been stairs from the dock for easy access to water. We ended up using a neighbors. (Lynn). She also came over and smelled the water she felt the filtering system wasn’t working. »

« Wonderful change from our usual stay at Pine Lake as there were only 4 of us this trip. The outdoor space is UNMATCHED. Easy access from driveway to dock and all the way through the house with no steps needed. We had such a peaceful weekend away to recharge. Host is remarkably accommodating and responded to questions within minutes. 10/10 would stay here again! »

« Check in was very easy, the renter let us check in a little early, house was clean and tidy, plenty of room to relax, nice view of the lake, canoe, kayaks, and a paddle boat to use. This would have been a perfect stay if there was internet service and extra throw blankets to use. I will double check when booking any rental now for internet service. »

« We had an absolutely perfect stay over Labor Day weekend. Plenty of space for ourselves and our five children (ages 4-15), and everyone had a great time. Exactly the laid back, quiet goodbye to summer we were looking for!! The kids caught tons of fish from the dock, and we all enjoyed kayaking on the clear-as-glass water. The house itself was charming and we enjoyed finding new antique treasures in every corner through the weekend. Exactly as a Michigan cottage should be! »
