Clean, comfortable, well maintained, great breakfast. Only complaint was the toilet height, way too low for tall adults, seniors or people with mobility issues. Outside of that, very pleased.

Room was nice, neat and tidy. Love having direct access to my room from the outside instead of having to go through the main entrance. Need that feature on many more hotels and it's something I look for now. No need for baggage carts and elevators.

Hotel was fine staff was great but the fire alarm went off at 115 am and was still ringing at 2am so i packed my bags and left to another hotel. I was informed i could not get my money back because i paid through an app. I will be booking direct from now on.

The front staff were extremely proficient, friendly, and accommodating. The room was well cleaned, with a comfortable bed. The only thing I could recommend would be to replace the outlets, as they are worn and loose. Not worth dropping a star for though. Thanks!

Stains on bedspread. Elevator not working, had to haul suitcases down a flight of stairs. Pair of socks found on breakfast counter. Two male staff members were excellent. One female staff member rude and not helpful.

We had a great stay. Building is old but still in good condition. The staff was amazing. Breakfast was decent but the dining area is small for the number of guests staying there.
