Grand appartement agréable proche de la mer
Nous avions choisi un logement avec 2 chambres. Il était spacieux et comportait un coin cuisine, un coin repas, un coin salon, une salle de bains, 1 machine à laver et 1 sèche-linge. Joli piscine très agréable même le soir avec un barbecue abrité. Possible de manger dehors près de la piscine ou sur le balcon.

Une bonne location à un bon rapport qualite-prix
Nous avons bien apprécié notre sejour de 9 jours au Tropic apartments. Nous avons eu satisfaction à notre demande d'etre loges en étage et non en rez-de-chaussée, et notre terrasse donnait sur la forêt tropicale avec un ruisseau et surtout nous étions à l'ombre comme souhaite. L'appartement etait bien décoré, bien équipe, propre. La piscine délicieuse bien que pas immense. Point à surveiler pour l'avenir, le mobilier de la cuisine et de la salle de bain commencent à dater, mais tout fonctionne bien à ce jour. Certains appareils électriques sont neufs( frigo-congélateur, bouilloire, grille-pain). Par contre les plaques électriques et la poubelle de la salle de bain sont à changer de toute urgence. Dans l'ensemble une bonne prestation, a un bon rapport qualité-prix.

Schöne Unterkunft mit sehr netter Poolanlage. Top Ausstattung des Apartments, allerdings könnte die Küche ein gründliches Putzen vertragen.

Advertising on Wotif website is misleading. We turned up on the first day at 2:30pm, no one in reception. Wotif advertises 24 hours reception & the check-in time is 2pm. Reception only opens from 10am to 2pm Monday to Friday. It's definitely a 2 star hotel. But Wotif advertises it as a 4 star. All the appliances in the unit are antique, but operable. Overall, we are very disappointed.

The unit smelled of mould, and it was making me ill, and it wasn't that clean. I have been in the cleaning industry for 40 years in Palm Cove, so I know what I'm talking about

Very disappointing . What is potentially a nice swimming pool spoilt by leaves everywhere in the water and all around it .TV didn’t work , shower head leaking , shower itself mouldy and slippery . Minimal reception hours, closed . from 3.30 Friday til 9.30 Monday . Would not reccommend or go there again .

Beautiful, well maintained gardens and pool area. underground car parking. The room was clean and tidy with air-conditioning turned on for your arrival. Friendly staff to greet you on check-in. Everything you need and more in your room for your stay.

I liked how the bedroom wall was not completely closed in with an aperture for the tv. We really liked the landscaping and privacy of the pool area as well.

On our arrival the welcoming was non existent, very robotic. Our room was comfortable but only had one blanket between 2 beds. The pool area was lovely, but had a coconut drop down into the pool next to us while swimming, luckily it didnt hit one of us! Departure was just as rude as the arrival.I wouldnt stay here again based on the unwelcoming reception recieved.

Very central location, good value for money, apartment quite spacious, pool and BBQ area pleasant if a bit small. Units a bit dated, missing louvres between bedroom and living area, meaning noise and light intrusion between these areas.....not good enough!

Love Palm Cove
7 nights. Good location nice clean self contained appartment. Pool was mostly in shadey trees not heated (a bit cool) but was cleaned regularly. Good value compared to the resorts on the esplanade, a bit more of a walk to the restaurantts but just across the road from the Tavern Pub.

Palm Cove’s hidden gem
Palm cove tropic was a very pleasant surprise. It’s actually in a really great location if you are mobile and enjoy a little walk. The apartment itself was clean and very spacious. We loved the pool… our apartment had direct access from the back to the amazing pool area. The property is covered with massive old growth trees at your doorstep, combined with all the beautiful tropical plants common to this area. Really is quite spectacular looking out through the back patio. Wayne and all the staff were very pleasant and helpful, helping us with a late check out was particularly appreciated! Thank you, we will be recommending to our friends.

The property was very close to Main Street restaurants. Has a very nice pool with tropical feel. Only thing I wasn’t happy about was the 10 am check out just sat around the pool area until time to head to airport. We could have stayed in the room an extra hour as no no was checking into the room . Due to the heat it would have been nice as I have had late checkouts at many hotels . But overall wonderful stay Wayne was very helpful with local knowledge. Yes go and stay 🙂

Thankyou for your review. The Pool is surround by very large Melaleuca trees (which are heritage protected) so leaves are always going to be problem no matter how often you sweep them up.

The apartment was exactly what we wsnted. It had everything neededfor a week away. Unfortunately management need to clean the pool and deck on a daoly basis st leadt. Everytime we went for a swim there were numerous leaves etc in the pool which we cleaned out even though there wasn't a scoop to be seen and on the deck. These may be minor to some but very important to others. Don"t think an hour a day to keep area tidy is too much to ask.

All in all a perfect stay at palm cove
The apartment was great, all u need was there, all clean and simple. We stayed 8 days, once they changed the bedsheets and towels. From the airport u will get a shuttle to palm cove , 50min drive.25AUS| for adults, my daughter (5) payed 12.50 In palm cove u can catch the bus 110 for everything. To coles just 5 min. To cairns city sth around 1h Cairns city huge pool at the esplanade is just fabulous, we spent the whole day there ..beautiful!! From palm cove u are close to Port Douglas...great barrier reef...many trips you can book from palm cove. Or just enjoy the beach and the sea😊😎☀🌴and the clean pool at palm cove tropic apartments. At palm cove you have lots of restaurants. An Italian restaurant , which has glutenfree pizzas as well😀😀 You get discount at the surfer club close to the beach At 5pm its happy hour😉🤘🤘
