Station et appartement au top.
Petit coin de paradis à mi-chemin ( presque ) entre Cairns et Port Douglas. Idéal pour visiter entre et autour de ces villes avec au retour la possibilité de baignade dans la piscine ( petite ) de la résidence ou dans la mer à 100M. Appartement moderne voire luxueux... AC, ventilateur, literie d'excellente qualité et en plus nous avos ete surclasses. Seul point négatif, la vue sur les toits... Attention voiture indispensable.

The apartment was the size of a small hotel room. Fitted out with homely cheap worn furniture. Part crockery mismatch as leftover, only 1 glass sliding door for light and view to a wall and lift well. Aircon blowing and heating enclosed balcony so not usable. Disappointing and not good value !

Dear Claustrofobic, thank you for taking the time to write a review. I'm sorry you felt the room was on the smaller side. We clearly show photos and descriptions of each room on the booking sites and this is what we call a "studio". The balcony is also pictured on the website and the price reflects the room type. We do have full size apartments ranging from 1 - 3 bedroom and they are very spacious. Kind regards Elysium

Thank you for your review. The hotel style room unfornately do not have much of a view as they face towards to Palm Cove Tavern adjoining Elysium Apartments. The balcony has only enought room for a small round table with 2 chairs. To have sunlounges or outdoor lounge suits you would need to up grade to our larger apartment styles. The walking distance of 2 minutes or less to the beach as well as all cafe and restaurants is definately a great attribute to our location.

The room we had was exactly like the website photos which is the first promising experience. Wonderful amenities, marvelous showers and comfortable beds. Everything we needed was in the rooms. We were also met with and were assisted by the most wonderful staff. They were extremely helpful and accommodating in every request we had. The accommodation was a couple of minutes walk to the beach, lovely restaurants and cafes. A five minute drive to supermarkets too for provisions. The location was perfect for a trip north to all that is to offer on the way to Port Douglas or to Cairns in the south and all the touristy must see locations. Lucky to have found this place.

Excellent place to stay
There was absolutely no problems with this apartment. It is close to the beach, well appointed, clean, the staff was awesome! We could book our tours directly on site... it was great. They also had pool towels for use as well - so very convenient.

Had booked what was described as a Superior room. No king bed as we had been advised. No microwave as had been advertised on the Expedia site. Fridge had no freezer compartment so unable to make any ice. Property Manager advised however no offer of a move nor any discount offered.

Hop, skip and a jump to the beach.
Lovely neat & clean accommodation. Sharon was very friendly and easy to deal with. Hop, skip and a jump to the beach & main street. Palm Cove is a beautiful place to stay being only a 20 minute drive to Cairns & 30 minute drive to Port Douglas.

Thank you for recommending our spacious 3 bedroom apartments to families. The added benefit of having a lift in the building is appealing as many of the complexes in Palm Cove do not have this feature.

Great stay.
Well appointed studio apartment with most amenities. A single cooktop would have been great but we managed as there are numerous barbecues along the beach not far. Lovely pool with spa. Undercover parking and fabulous restaurants close by.

Thank you Jennifer for your review. The studio rooms unfortunately do not have cooktops and only have microwaves. All other style of apartments have full size kitchens with wall oven, dishwasher and full size fridge freezers. Great location but a lot of road noise
Our 2 bedroom apartment was spacious and clean with a lovely big living area. The location was excellent with the beach and restaurants near by. We unfortunately experienced a lot of road noise which meant that we couldn't have Windows open over night due to the amount of cars, trucks and motorbikes going past. It also was noisy during the day. We had a mountain facing room and a room next to the tavern would have been better and more quiet.

The apartment was clean an comfortable. The balcony was a surprise wit the frosted glass around it. But the building was noisy and you heard veryone coming and going.

Very well maintained property, Sharyon is a lovely manager and very helpful and welcoming. I had a 2 bedroom apartment for myself and my 5 YO daughter and it was very spacious, clean and well maintained. The kitchen was extremely well equipped. The location was great and only a one minute walk to the main street/beach. Would def stay here again.

We had a nice visit to Palm Cove,staying in a 2 bedroom apartment. My only advice is to bring some earplugs as between the frogs,birds and traffic it was a little noisier than I was used to.....otherwise nice place with friendly staff

Great size, comfy, great kitchen and laundry facil
Close to beach, next door to the Tavern so ask for a room that isn't on that side. We were it wasn't too bad. Pool is small and not heated. That wasn't an issue for us. Pillows were not great. But service excellent. Managers are lovely!!

I love the place! We stayed in a 3 br apartment, it exceeded our expectations. Clean, fully furnished even with cooking condiments. It had balconies for each room. Close to the beach, too. If you like to stay in a quiet, low-key area, this is the place.
