Je recommande.
Belle chambre spacieuse avec une salle de bain fonctionnelle et très propre. Très grand lit confortable. Très bien placé sur la promenade principale de Cairns à deux pas des restaurants. Petit déjeuner copieux pour 12$ si commandé au check in. Pratique, l’aéroport est à 6km pour les horaires .matinaux d'arrivée ou de départ. Parking gratuit.

Un avis mitigé pour un hôtel de cette catégorie
Ayant réservé une chambre pour 3 adultes, nous avons été surpris que le 3e lit (un divan, comme prévu) n’était pas fait à notre arrivée (pas de draps, ni de serviettes de bain). Il a fallu les demander et c’est la personne de la réception elle-même qui nous a apporté le linge manquant et à fait le lit avec nous. Par ailleurs la qualité de la literie du divan était plus que minimale (matelas mousse standard sur un sommier de canapé... il existe des latex très performants pourtant). De plus, la SdB n’a pas de ventilation et 3 douches d’affilée génèrent beaucoup d’humidité... et les patères ne permettent pas de sécher les serviettes (pas de barre pour les serviettes). Enfin, un shampoing 2 en 1 qui ne fait pas du tout son rôle d’après shampoing... j’ai eu toutes les peines du monde à déméler mes cheveux (longueur aux épaules). La wifi est correcte jusqu’à minuit, ensuite ça n’a repris qu’au matin. Volontaire ou non de la part de l’hôtel ? Bref... un sentiment de « peu mieux faire ».

I made a very late booking due to having a relative being admitted to the local hospital. Check in was a breeze due to the 24/7 reception desk. The staff are amazing, they’re so friendly and accommodating with my request to extend my stay. Location is great and I had the best nights sleep.

Be aware that this is not a true full service hotel, and you can get much nicer accommodations for the same price at the properties next door. Very bare bones service and rooms, rooms had ceiling water damage and terrible temperature controls, balcony door did not lock, bathroom only has two in one soap.

Its such a shame you didn’t bring any of your related comments to the attention of our front desk team members so that these could have been dealt with whilst you were here with us. Upon your departure and receiving your comments I have gone through the room that you were in and have checked the door and this in fact definitely locks, I can guarantee this. The bathroom amenities as you have commented on being only a two in one soap in fact is separate and consisting of a shower gel and a conditioning shampoo. Again we are sorry that you didn’t voice your concerns whilst here with is so that we could have assisted. Take care.

Very clean but not a lot of amenities. The pool looked nice but no one was using it. This property is at the end of the esplanade but still very walkable to all things for Cairns.

Being a hotel, rather than serviced apartments, we do supply the necessary amenities for short stays including bath wash, shampoo/conditioner, kitchen washing detergent, teatowels etc. We have a coin operated laundry, and a supply of guest amenities such as snack foods, soft drinks, extra toiletries such as toothbrush & toothpaste, sunscreen etc to purchase from Reception. We supply pool towels for guests to use at the swimming pool, and have certainly been busy handing these out lately with the sun now shining. A warm welcome on check in with really friendly and helpful staff. Good sized room, well equipped and with a lovely view from the balcony. Free parking and having a guest laundry available was a bonus. The hotel is a short walk from everything, but just on the edge of the main drag so it was nice and quiet at night. We really enjoyed the 4 nights we stayed here and would certainly recommend it to others.

The property was being renovated so the entry was not as mice as it would become. However it was very clean, the staff was accommodating and it was close to the major sites.

It was a nice stay in this hotel. There is a construction so there was no swimming pool and the hotel is only accessible from the side, but it wasn't a big problem for us. The receptionists were nice too.

A very pleasant hotel with walkable access to shops and restaurants and the esplanade walkway. Some construction still being worked on but not noisy or too much of a disturbance caused. Would definitely love to stay here again!
