The property was beautiful. Unfortunately it’s a family-friendly resort filled with noisy kids who kept us up every night banging doors and running amok. The other big issue we had was the constant requirement of signing for every single order, even though this resort is an all inclusive. Every meal, every drink, you’re signing a receipt so the wait staff can get a tip. They follow you down to the beach or go directly to your room to make sure you sign for any service. At the all inclusives we’ve experienced, we’ve tipped with cash after service and never saw a bill, which made for a more relaxing experience. Lastly, we were accosted by hawkers at every turn once we left the hotel. You couldn’t walk a few yards without someone trying to hustle you into buying something. After a while it gets very aggravating. Not my idea of a relaxing get away.

Very Relaxing , 1 Bed apartment for 3 and a baby was perfect for our long weekend , pool was reallly nice for the baby temp was great , food was really good quality , supwe clean and helpfull staff

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. I was ill while their and they arranged for a in-room visit by local doctors and then followed up repeatedly in the days afterward to see how I was feeling and ask if I needed anything. They could not have been more thoughtful and caring. The property is also fantastic and the food was excellent.

The staff at spa and restaurants were wonderful. The concierge services were a little frustrating. The property is very clean but starting to be a little run down. An elevator was being repaired. Location is amazing. Taxi service is readily available. Property feels very safe and security is tight.

We had no water for two days of our stay free massage wae 24.00 many items on menu had no price Concierge was no help at all. Management would not offer anything for the 2 days of no water will not stay here again, stay away.!!! Spend your money elsewhere there is a lot of great resorts down here

Hotel has OUTSTANDING service!!!! Probably the best we’ve experienced in Cabo and we travel there at least 5 times a year. This was the first time at this resort and we absolutely loved it. Only complaint would be the shower. No pressure and a consistent scaulding hot to freezing cold. Other than that, we HIGHLY recommend!!!!!!

Absolutely excellent food. Very cooperative staff. First night, got no sleep due to the noise level. Guests should be aware, the rooms are NOT soundproofed in any way. Every noise is reverberated into the rooms and the doors are not soft close so they slam at all hours. But, pool fantastic.

I loved the location of this property and that we had access to the property next door, Villa Del Palmar. We had a beautiful view. The drinks and food were a bit pricey but very good. The workers were very polite and attentive. If you charge items to your room make sure you check your charges every other day. We checked ours and noticed charges for breakfast, which we had breakfast included. They took if off after we complained. Also, we hated that we didn't have wifi. They say its included but it's not free. You have to pay ($20 for basic or $50 for faster wifi / per day). My husband complained about it and they said they were doing maintenance to it but afterwards my husband had wifi on his phone for one day (day before we left). As soon as you check in the concierge approach you about a "Welcome package" but its the information on getting cheaper activity packages with the catch of sitting through a timeshare presentation, which they tell you its 90 minutes but it ends up being longer depending if you show interest.

Staff was very friendly. We had a one bedroom suite which was roomy and comfortable with 2 kids. Food on the property was real expensive. That being said, the quality of most of the food we had was good. Better doing the all inclusive option as purchasing it at the properly was almost double the cost.

The property is very clean and overlooks the water and lands end visible from the resort. Sharing the food options with Palmar was great and gave us a more options. The little market is convenient as we opted to forgo the AI as we were off property most mornings and afternoons. Rooms are comfortable with great views. Downtown is about a mile walk or a quick Uber/taxi ride.

This might be an issue that only I have run into, but when I was booking this stay I thought I was booking an all-inclusive stay. It was pretty frustrating when I got to the resort and found out that it was not an all-inclusive stay and I'd have to upgrade my room for a substantial amount. We had planned our vacation around being able to eat at the resort. I believe this is an issue with the listing more than the resort itself, the food and stay at the resort were nice. It was just very frustrating to find out we'd need to spend a lot more money when we thought we had booked the all-inclusive stay.

As you mention in your comment you made your booking on the expedia platform as a european plan and not an all inclusive room booking this could be either by mistake or a booking engine error from expedia. The resort reserves the booking instructions we receive from expedia and in this case it is a room only booking, which we verified and confirmed with expedia during your check in.We understand that it is not a good experience to arrive and find out that you have made an error during your booking and have to pay for the all inclusive package upon arrival incurring additional fees . We are sorry to read that this has affected your holiday to the extent of rating our property, service and team members as terrible. We hope that your next stay will be more enjoyable.

Everything was wonderful only part that was frustrating we paid for all inclusive and we were told we can call room series 24/7 to have our room refrigerator re filled and when we call they never came to re-stock our room and when we desperately needed water (it was night time too so everything was closed in the hotel) we couldn’t even get any and the front desk didn’t help so we had no water until we woke up n went to breakfast.

It is nice place, the best part is the views. What we didn’t like is that the pools are not all heated so the only one that is gets super crowded. Also it was 4:30pm and our room was not ready. With kids you expect to get in a room as soon as possible
