Fully stocked kitchen offers stainless steel appliances, including dishwasher and wine fridge, any tools and gadgets that could possibly be needed for cooking at home. Or... bring in a local chef to do the cooking for you! The breakfast bar seats 4 comfortably, dining table seats 8.

The master suite is furnished with a king size bed, closet, full bathroom ensuite. Step out from this bedroom enjoy the pool courtyard area.

The second bedroom is furnished with a king size bed, walking closet, full bathroom ensuite.

The third bedroom is furnished with a king size bed, closet, full bathroom ensuite.

The fourth bedroom is furnished with a sofa bed, full bathroom ensuite, step out from this bedroom enjoy the terrace with a view to Cabo.

Enjoy the private pool and relax in the jacuzzi. NOTE- We only provide heating for the jacuzzi. However, the jacuzzi is attached to the pool so it will be a nice temperature.

Additional amenities include: gated community, 24-hour security, telephone, unlimited wifi, close walk to town, washer and dryer.

Private chef available for breakfast ($35 USD per person), lunch and dinner ($45 USD per person for each). Includes all ingredients and cocktails.
Groceries can be stocked in the kitchen for your arrival for a service fee of $50 + grocery list from Costco or Walmart.

The exclusive neighborhood of Pedregal is a 24 hour guard gated community with security patrol. It is situated between the Sea of Cortez and the Pacific Ocean on a mountaintop overlooking the Marina of Cabo San Lucas. Sidewalks line the winding cobblestone streets throughout the neighborhood providing views of the beach, sea, ocean and one-of-a kind custom homes built into the mountain.

- Mini Super El Gallo, local store 7 minutes walking from the house, there you can find ( some vegetables, ice, drinks, beer, alcohol, bread, cleaning supply, water containers, etc.)
- Organic ranch market, -Store 5 minutes walking from the house, there you can find (vegetables, drinks, bread, frozen food, organic product , etc.)

Pedregal sits on a mountain on the edge of the Marina. It's an easy downhill walk to town. Although you can walk back using all sidewalks, most people prefer to grab a taxi in town and avoid the hike.

As a guest, you will enjoy exclusive access to the Mountain Club at Pedregal, one of the most sought-after amenities with some of the best views in Cabo San Lucas. Perched high above the community, it offers breathtaking ocean views—perfect for relaxing by the infinity pool or unwinding in the jacuzzi. The club also features a fully equipped gym, a bar and restaurant area (consumption not included), and inviting lounge spaces.

Taxis are readily available to pick guests up at the home also. Call Pedregal Security from the home phone and giving them the house name and they will have a taxi come pick you up.
