Minimalist Studio Apartment in Cabanatuan

The studio unit measures 4 x 4 meters (16 sqm. or 172 sqft. floor area) with a double-sized bed, kitchenette, breakfast nook, work area, and a dedicated 3/4 bathroom.

Magneth Building is a 3-storey apartment building near NEUST Sumacab (1-2 mins. walk, 150m), NE Pacific Mall (5 mins. drive, 1.8 km), NE Doctor’s Hospital (4 mins. drive, 1.7 km) and SM Cabanatuan (8 mins. drive, 2.9 km). We renovated one room out of the 24 rooms in the building to offer nightly stays for guests.

The neighborhood is a hub for students studying at a nearby state university. During the weekdays, students fill the streets as well as hustling street food vendors. The weekends are more peaceful and quiet as people rest and prepare for another week of studying or working. There are various food establishments and a public transport terminal for jeepneys and tricycles just outside of the apartment building. There is a convenience store, laundry shop, and water refilling station nearby.
