« Very disappointing stay here. Hotel met our expectations, however this service level doesn’t match at all. Our food order was wrong when order room service. They just drop the food without any confirmation. Our bathroom on the first day got clogged, and had someone come in to unclog it. This happened on the first day. On the last day they wanted us out at exactly 10 am. The room cleaners came at 945 am to tell us to get out. In all my stats, I have never experience this at any hotel. At 10 am...

« We had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. The room was modern, malinis, and well-maintained, which made our stay very comfortable. The poolside area had very relaxing ambiance, a very quiet place perfect for unwinding after a long day. Nag-enjoy ang anak ko sa pool, which made our stay even more memorable.
