Welcome to our private 2-level loft on the West Side of Allentown! This safe, quiet and stylish apartment comfortably accommodates large groups with over 5 beds, a full kitchen, multi-vehicle parking and ample floor space.

We welcome working professionals, families, university parents, groups etc.

Stunning skyline views of Downtown. Walk to restaurants, bars, coffee, parks, & groceries. Quick access to hwy 190. Short drive to Airport, Niagara Falls, Wegmans, Shopping, Bills, Golf & more.

Welcome to our stunning 2-level loft apartment in the heart of Buffalo, where comfort and style meet to create the ultimate urban retreat for up to 12 guests. This spacious and newly renovated loft boasts 4 bedrooms, 5 queen size beds, 1 floor mattress (along with sheets), and 2 full size bathrooms ensuring ample space for everyone to relax and recharge.

Bathrooms feature gorgeous tiled walk-in showers, direct/overhead mirror lighting, makeup towels, high end / non-toxic hand soap and large mirrors.

Cool westside neighborhood close to Allentown high end restaurant / bar scene and short walk to Community Beer Works, Front Park, Niagara Cafe, Tops Grocery & more. Bike share / rental right across the street. VERY easy access to 190 East/West which allows for fast travel everywhere. Visit Niagara Falls in 25 minutes. Shopping (Athleta, J Crew, L.L. Bean, Home Goods, Cabela's, Wegmans, Trader Joes, Macy's, Target & more) all within a 15-minute drive. Very low traffic. 15-minute drive or less to faster dining like Chipotle & Chick-Fil-A

ACCESS:

This apartment is on the 2nd & 3rd floor of the building. 2 beds on the 2nd floor and 2 on the 3rd. Requires 1 flight of stairs to access the loft. Private Washer & Dryer in unit.

PARKING:

Private parking in driveway for one vehicle (driveway to right of house). For multiple vehicles there is EASY free street parking and also a parking lot across the street that you can utilize.

I am always responsive via Airbnb messages, and I am typically available to help with the check-in process if needed. I am happy to assist in any way I can to make your stay enjoyable.

Parking is reserved in the driveway to the right of the building. You can fit one car in the driveway. Additionally, there is easy, free street parking that is safe and accessible right in front of the address. There is also a large parking lot you can utilize right across from the property. Rent bikes across the street, walk, drive, or use Uber's to navigate the neighborhood & city.

For added safety & security precautions, there are deadbolt locks, outdoor flood lights and security cameras outside overlooking the exterior.
- No Parties ($150 fine per guest per night for parties)
- No Smoking ($200 smoking fee with evidence of smoking indoors)
- No additional guests spending the night
- Additional visitors allowed within reason and with approval from the host
- If you check in later than 9PM please let me know. I may not be available to help with any unforeseen check in troubles after this time

Great Location

The property was in a great location. It could have easily been a five star stay but there are a few things they need to work on. First, all of the linens and towels were filthy. We reached out to the property manager and told them and they brought back towels that were equally filthy. Literally stains and makeup on almost every single one. They also had no face towels in the entire home. One deficiency they have is the home has stairs everywhere, but on the main level, there is no couch. There is no comfortable place to sit on the entire main level. Just poor thinking in a home that you must take stairs to get everywhere.

Go Pens!

Met family and went to a Sabres vs Pens game. This was the perfect spot for 10 of us and we had a great time at the game as well as seeing and doing different things all around Buffalo. Highly recommend!

Expansive, modern and comfortable

Very nice loft that goes on forever. 4 bedrooms and another bed in the loft. Nice balcony to enjoy the summer weather and easy parking. There are none parks about a block north, and close to everything downtown. Easy access to and from. We were supposed to have had our whole family but it turned out just being the two of us, so way more than we needed but a very nice place to stay. The ping pong table was a lot of fun as was the upstairs sitting area.
