Me e llevado una muy grata sorpresa al llegar al hotel pues las imágenes no le hacen justicia a las instalaciones! Son mejor de lo que se ven! El personal del hotel siempre muy atentos. Lo recomiendo ampliamente!!

There are lot of chances for transportation, however the best thing is the people who attend the hotel, in kind, well kwon of city facilities, Excelent people, the best expirience in hotel

Great, helpful staff. Very clean and quiet place to stay. Walkable distance to public transportation and food places. Area around hotel is not the best.

I was sent a message stating I have to pay the city tax in B's A's upon arrival. I responded if there is charge pending, it should be addressed to Expedia first. And if there is a descrepancy, Expedia would let me know it seems whoever is behind this message did not allow me to connect to the wifi hotel. Moreover, when I given the room key, it opened the door but did not work on the light I had to go down and request assistance. Yes, it seemed there was a little mischief with the room lights.

It was very centrally located ...lots of nice restaurants around within walking distance . Very friendly and helpful staff. . Ive already recommended this place to friends visiting BA later next month. 6 STARS !

Very Good
This hotel is located in the heart of Buenos Aires. Staffs are very kind and polite. Room is standard size and suit for 2 persons. It's clean and comfortable. Bed is comfortable. The price is reasonable.

Hotel cuenta con todo lo básico, es cómodo y cerca a las oficinas que visito cuando vengo a Buenos Aires. No tengo ninguna queja.

Bad service from the reception
Worst staff ever. We came around 1 in the middle of the night to Check in and ask the staff if he could book a taxi to the airport EZE in the morning at 8.40 who takes card. He promised. But when we were to sit down for breakfast another staffmember come to us and she could only talk spanish. We said no, only english. And she found another staff that could talk a little english.. she said that she could’t promise a taxi with card beacuse they only hade one (1!!) taxi in the whoooole Buenos Aires that takes card.. so she said wait 5 minutes the taxi is here soon.. and we wait, we wait aand wait in over 30 minutes and there was no taxi. So it ended up with that we grabed an uber in one minute and where just 12 minutes until we couldn’t check in our luggage anymore.. to London.. So bad service and me and my friend were nearly to explode!!

Escolhi o hotel apenas pela localização, poucas quadras de minha amiga argentina. Wi-fi não funcionou de forma alguma nos 7 dias dentro do quarto, liguei pra recepção algumas vezes, o modem foi reiniciado mas o sinal não chegava no quarto de forma alguma. Eu só pude usar internet wifi na recepção do hotel ou na área do café da manhã. Café bem simples sem queijo, presunto, ovo e frutas frescas. Cama bem confortável. Staff muito agradável e receptivo em tentar resolver o problema da internet.

La habitacion muy chica. No se podia circular. te golpeabas con los muebles. Sacamos una silla. El baño angosto. Dificil acceder a la bañera. Se choca la puerta de la bañera con el inodoro. INCOMODA. SIN INTERNET Y SIN SOLUCION AL TEMA.
