Fabulous stay at the Falcon Hotel. Interior was lovely as was the outside garden area. Every member of staff was friendly and welcoming, nothing was too much trouble. We enjoyed room service and the complimentary breakfast, the food was excellent. Lots of choice for breakfast, all freshly cooked. Would not hesitate to stay again

All the staff here was very friendly and helpful with a smile. The hotel was clean and tidy. The food was amazing! Very tasty and homemade. The rooms were large and comfy. However, we stayed in room 11 and you could hear the noise from other guest and heard the birds loudly outside from 5am which cant be helped especially when there is single glazed windows. Overall, me and my wife was very happy here and would return. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Excellent place to stay
Lovely hotel in a great location. Walking distance to beach and shops (15 mins if walk slow). Staff couldn’t do enough for us. Strongly recommend staying here and we will be back.

The room and view was lovely. Downfalls were no parking so had to park a long way away and the shower was rubbish was like trying to shower in the rain drizzle

Weekend break in November.
On a short weekend break my wife and I found The Falcon Hotel to be ideally placed on the Bude canal front, close to the beach and fine cliff walks. The staff were welcoming and friendly, the restaurant food and service excellent and our room impeccably clean and very comfortable. It was just a shame about the weather, but you can’t have everything! Should we return, we will certainly stay at The Falcon.

A warm welcoming hotel of an excellent standard.
Very warm welcome from the start. The staff were all so friendly.Lovely building kept in excellent order. Enjoyed the meals and the atmosphere of the restaurant. All in all a most enjoyable comfortable stay. My only regret is I didn’t upgrade to have chairs in the room.We will return.

We had a reasonable stay at this hotel - it was clean and the food was good. The bathroom and general room was a bit tired and needed updating but the staff were friendly. It was very disappointing though that our booking included free breakfast, Wi-Fi and parking on Expedia and the hotel clearly doesn’t have enough parking spaces to accommodate all of its guests. When we got to the hotel after a five hour drive there wasn’t anywhere to park for free in the hotel car park and it was full. We were concerned because we had driven down for a funeral and needed somewhere to park. We were directed to a nearby pay and display, but it’s always disappointing when a hotel states or gives the impression that free parking is available, and it’s the opposite when you actually arrive. The hotel didn’t even offer to reimburse us for the parking costs. If you’re after a place to rest your head in Bude, this is a pretty decent typical old English seaside hotel. But be warned that the free parking detail isn’t accurate.

Hotel is in a superb position with free parking . Staff were pleasant and friendly . Food was excellent but would advise booking for evening meal as it is a very busy restaurant .The room was spacious comfortable with a high standard of furnishings . Would highly recommend
