Villa Cassia is located in the heart of the beautiful Chianti area, close to the most important art cities of Tuscany, 25 km far from Arezzo, 35 km from Siena and 55 km from Florence. With beautiful Tuscan hills, famous wine estates, ancient spa complexes and amazing history this trully is the best place to discover and experience Tuscany from.

Villa Cassia is a 600 square meters ancient medieval house located on a panoramic hill and built on two levels. It offers 5 bedrooms, one double sofa bed and 4 bathrooms (3 with shower and one with bathtub and shower), sleeping 12 persons in total. On demand, more extra beds can be added for a maximum of 16 persons in total. There are three twin bedrooms and two double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms.

On the ground floor we find two large living areas, a kitchen (equipped with dishwasher, microwave, oven, gas hob, Italian coffee maker, american coffee machine, mocha maker, kettle), a breakfast room, one twin bedroom with ensuite bathroom and a separate bathroom. On the first floor there are three living room areas, one of which with balcony, two twin bedrooms, a separate bathroom and two double bedrooms with en suite bathrooms.

The exterior of the villa offers a 4000 square meters enclosed garden with a beautiful fountain and the ancient statue of Goddess Diana, a large pool (10x20m, 1.50 - 2.50m deep) that is shared with the other property on the estate, and beautiful cypress trees. At 100 meters from the villa, there is a small waterfall and bridge where guests can relax and take beautiful photos.

Facilities: swimming pool (10x20m), free wi-fi Internet, parking, linen change (first set included), satellite TV, dishwasher, washing machine, barbecue, pizza oven, microwave, kettle, coffee maker.
