I am very sorry to read that although I have personally e-mailed you following the end of pest control and deratization company investigation you have decided to mislead our travelers with such affirmations.
While living beings can travel with you on your luggage or entering the room while the window is opened, our guests safety is our top priority and I can assure you that proper measurements are taken to prevent infestation.
Mr. Yannik,once again, rest assured that no signs of bedbugs have been detected in the room and official letter stating this fact has been released in order to sustain my affirmation.
