The property manager Sally was fantastic and met us when we arrived and gave us a tour and specifics of what we needed to know for our stay. The condo was as advertised and perfect for my friend and I as we each had our own bedroom and bathroom. The condo was equipped with the majority of the basics you needed for the kitchen, pool or beach. Great view from the balcony, but one thing that would make it better would be more comfortable...

« Having been to Bucerias several times, we are somewhat familiar with restaurants, shops and things to do. With the condominium having a gym, outdoor pool, and rooftop BBQ, there was almost no reason to leave some days! Staying at this location, the staff working at the property are very nice and do their best to be friendly and are always willing to help out where they can (holding a door open or calling a Taxi). The condo is clean and decorated in a rustic mexican style. Secure locking and alarm system. Rocio (staff) was on the grounds most days was very helpful. « Location was beautiful. The management and cleaning staff were fantastic! I loved how close it was to everything for convenience, but just far enough away to get some peace and quiet. On weekends there's a market that sets up right outside. Excellent experience of local culture, and the air conditioning was VERY appreciated! « We stayed in this condo for three months. This studio condo is quite small but well laid-out, with lots of baskets, shelves etc. to put all our stuff. We cooked a lot of our meals and the kitchen is well equipped - any other items we needed were readily supplied. The only drawback is a very small under the counter fridge with tiny freezer but we managed to work around that. We really loved the small heated pool, especially when the ocean was too rough for swimming. The rooftop deck was great...

Ideal location, great pool and beach access, plenty of shops, restaurants and Uber drivers close by. Easy to pop into PV or go up the coast to San Pancho or Sayulita. « The property, to no fault of their own, was very noisy due to construction directly across the street which meant we could not enjoy the pool. The manager was not around a lot, I had a complaint about people in the pool after midnight, they were smoking and drinking until after 1am but the manager was not around to tell. I would stay there again, but I would google map the area to see where the construction was taking place. »

"Bonjour En général nous avons passé un très beau séjour. L’emplacement de l’appartement répondait à tous nos besoins. Nous avons quelques doléances à vous faire part, 1- Le wifi n’était pas installé 2- La robinetterie était déficiente dans la cuisine ,l’eau chaude n’y était pas disponible. 3- Il a fallu demander pour une cafetière pendant une semaine. 4- Le four micro-ondes était hors d’usage durant tout notre séjour et ce même après nos maintes requêtes infructueuses, 5- Il y aurait améliorations à apporter à l’équipement de l’appartement.( Exemple) l’air climatisé qui dégoûte sur les oreillers. Etc Un renseignement svp Quel serait le prix pour 2 visiteurs à notre emplacement pour 15 jours ? Considérant que notre appartement peut recevoir 5 personnes.
