Nestled in a serviced residence with an elevator, this stylish apartment offers a comfortable stay in Brussels' European Quarter, close to key institutions and attractions.



The Space:

✔ A bright and spacious living room with large windows leading to a small balcony. It features a 180 cm x 200 cm sofa bed, a flat-screen TV with Netflix, and an open dining area.

✔ A fully equipped kitchen with a stove, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator (with freezer compartment), toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, electric kettle, and tableware.

✔ A modern bathroom with a shower and sink, plus a separate toilet for added privacy.

✔ A comfortable bedroom with a double bed and a wardrobe.

✔ A washer for your laundry needs.

✔ Baby cot (Travel Pack 'n Play) available on request (€10).

✔ Luggage storage is free for early arrivals or late departures.

✔ For your safety and that of the building community, this property has cameras located on the common areas of the building.

● These items are only provided at check-in and are not replenished throughout the stay.

● Additional requests for these amenities and supplies will be subject to an extra fee.

● Many of these items can also be conveniently purchased from nearby stores.



Need the Sofa Bed? Just Let Us Know!



At Nested, your comfort is our priority. In apartments equipped with a sofa bed, we're happy to prepare it with fresh linens and everything you need, just let us know in advance!

To ensure a smooth check-in experience, please request the sofa bed setup before your arrival date.

If the request is made after check-in, a 75€ service fee will apply to cover preparation and logistics.



Towels:

● Fresh towels are provided upon arrival.

● Additional towel requests will incur an extra fee.



For stays longer than 7 days:

The first additional towel request is free of charge.

The second and any subsequent requests will be subject to an additional fee.



Cleaning Request:

● For stays of 28 days or more, we offer a complimentary bi-weekly cleaning service, including towel and linen exchange, to ensure a fresh and comfortable stay.

● For stays of less than 28 days, cleaning services are available upon request for an additional fee.



Cleaning & Maintenance Team Working Hours:

● Cleaning & Maintenance Team Availability: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM CET.

● Emergency Maintenance: Extended until 10:00 PM CET, subject to analysis.

● Guest support is available from 9:00 AM – 12:00 AM CET

Situated on the edge of the EU district, the apartment is surrounded by key institutions, country offices, and agencies. Additionally, it’s conveniently close to NATO headquarters and major city attractions:

✔ Diamant Metro Station – right next to the building for easy city access.

✔ Rue Franklin & Rue Archimède – vibrant streets lined with restaurants, bars, and traditional eateries.

✔ Place Schuman (20 min walk) – home to the European Commission and European Council.

✔ Square Ambiorix & Square Marie-Louise (20 min walk) – scenic green spaces popular among joggers.

✔ Cinquantenaire Park (5 min walk) – one of Brussels’ most beautiful parks.



Other Things to Note:

Here’s what you need to know:

● Pets Accepted: Small dogs under 13 kg only. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate cats or other pets.

● Approval Process: Let us know your dog’s breed, size, and any relevant details for pre-approval.

● Security Deposit: A refundable deposit is required to cover any potential damages or extra cleaning.

● Guest Responsibility: We kindly ask that your dog is well-behaved, house-trained, and does not disturb the neighbors.

● Guest support is available from 9 a.m. to midnight, seven days a week. Additional cleaning on demand is also available at a surcharge.

● We allow a 30-minute grace period after the official check-out time (11 am). After this period, a late check-out fee will be applied. Additionally, any damage or staining to the couch, as well as any unauthorized additional guests, will result in extra charges.

● The apartment is intended exclusively for accommodation purposes.
