« Room looked clean but everything was sticky (all furniture, and even carpet!) and there was trash in corners and in between furniture. Thermostat was set on 68 - I turned it up to 76 and 5 hours later it was 71 degrees - I turned it OFF and 7 hours later it was 73 degrees...something's not right! »

« We booked almost 2 months in advance, when we arrived the pool was not able to be used for our entire stay. there was an odd smell in the main hallway the entire duration of our stay. The fire alarms went off one night and the fire safety sprinkler system was down during that time. »
