We recently stayed at this hotel and had an overall pleasant experience. The customer service was absolutely top-notchâstaff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist. The facilities, ambiance, and location were also excellent, making our stay comfortable and enjoyable.
However, housekeeping was the one area that fell short. Weâre not sure if itâs the norm here, but their service seemed minimalâjust refilling toiletries and making the bed, without actual cleaning done daily. One of our towels even had a hole, and there was no refill of laundry bags throughout our stay. The amenities provided also felt a bit lacking for the price we paidâitems like cotton buds, hand wash, combs, and hair ties were missing. Additionally, the bathtub leaked onto the floor every time we released the water, and we werenât sure if that was intentional or a design flaw.
Overall, while we enjoyed our stay, we do hope the hotel can improve its housekeeping standards to match the otherwise excellent service they provide.
