I changed the date for my booking to the end of June but I did not receive a confirmation for that. So I rang the hotel to make sure I got myself a room. He said he would credit me for the first booking, that was for the 26th of May. Not receiving a confirmation for the June booking, that is my only issue.

I liked that i wasn't somewhere people would know me and I hated that everyone else who was staying there were rude and again like if i had a win on the pokies they would abuse me and threaten to follow me when i left to take the money saying that its there money pathetic behaviour

Self check-in didn't really work. Checked in on a public holiday so no staff available.Had to call emergency contact for instructions on how to get in. Prior communication with instructions would've been appreciated. Photos would suggest you're staying in the heritage building but this seemingly is only for the bar. Otherwise, decent stay and staff themselves were nice.

We enjoyed the room, the staff went out of their way to be helpful. Restaurant had a great selection of food for breakfast on weekend and dinner. Great location near stores and walking distance to water. Would love to return and stay again.

Could have supplied in Berrima room,Cutting Board,Sideplates,Small sharp knifes. Air-conditioning was noisy to sleep with. Staff were great from reception to cleaners.

The room had a smell about it, musty, wet smell. The bathroom looked like it needed a deep clean as did the exterior of the premise. The food though was amazing, 5 stars for the food and room service other than I couldn’t order drinks through the App.

Area needs a good clean inside and out. Upper bedding has tear in it. Stains in carpet. Convenient location. Great bar and social facilities.

It’s was ok. We found most of the staff rude and not helpful. Our bathroom smelt sewage. The back of the rooms need gardens done. Didn’t have the drinks we liked. Food was very bad.

Check in was done in the drive through bottle shop with priority given to purchasing customers. After a long wait, we were given the key and left to find our own way. The hand basin in the bathroom was disgusting, as was the floor waste which stunk

Property was A-OK. Undercover car parking was very nice. I enquired about twin beds when making the booking but got no response, my only complaint.

I accidentally left my printer behind and staff went to great effort to get it to me. Much appreciated. I do not like the dooner bed covering, too hot with it on and too cold without it. Ridiculous to have that type of bedclothes in Brisbane climate. Seems to be a world wide fashion and it is not good. Fashion of function.

Our stay was good, parking onsite when we arrived at 4 pm on Saturday 28th was limited, had to use room 2 spot as none for 16 visible then ,ater that night in the small parking in front of reception Quiet room and well appointed

Overnight stay before our flight following morning. Reception staff very helpful. Room bit dated but clean and all amenities. Bit disappointed as Hepburn restaurant picture on web page looked very swish but when arrived just a basic room at back of the pub/beer garden so went over the road to a fab little thai instead.

When i went to my room dirty towel on floor in bathroom. Bin in the bath bathroom not emptied Check out time was 10 o'clock cleaners came around at 8.30 on Sunday. On the form in the room it says from 9 o'clock cleaners will start on Saturday & Sunday. Cardboard door to the microwave needs to be fixed
