Brent - Réservez votre appartement pour un week-end

« Good experience! »

« We loved Ferrum! It’s a close location to Wembley Stadium and near a ton of grocery stores and restaurants. We also traveled from the airport to the hotel and the train dropped us right across the street, which is a huge plus!! Everyone was so nice to us and the description on the listing when we booked matched exactly what was said. Didn’t even realize with the full kitchen we got everything we needed to cook, which is a huge plus if you want to stay in and cook a meal »

« Location was great... Management was horrible! Their advertisement falsely stated that there was laundry on the property. The apartment smelled of sewage. The window ledge fell on my foot, twice. For a seven days stay, they gave me two towels. I had to go out and purchase more toilet tissue, trash bags, and paper towels. House keeping came and bought air freshner for the sewage smell and that was it. I wouldn't recommend this place to a homeless person... Absolutely horrible... »

« We stayed in a different room from the one I booked. It was smaller than I thought it would be, but we made it work. The kitchen was great, it includes a washer but no dryer. The area is charming and easy access to public transportation. A wonderful car service is not to far and very reasonable. »

« Le logement très bien, équipements complets et propre. »

« The property was clean which was nice and it was right beside the stadium which was helpful. The security being there at night was reassuring and the staff were friendly, even provided fan when the room was too hot. However, the communication was poorly in MY opinion with my expirence. Due to my health issues I did communicate for a late check out months prior and I was told to contact them back near the time. I did contact them but nobody answered and even in person I was dismissed when I tried...
