« Check in was fine, I had my dog with me, she put us as far away from the entrance, 3 rd floor last room on that floor. So when the dog needed to go out we had to walk up and down 3 flights of stairs and that back stairway was filthy I doubt it has been vacuumed in months, the carpet was black in places.
