« Property was Nice and very open to the shopping center. The Pool wasn't in used and didn't know until after checking in. But it was nice stay, until it was time to check out and the young lady behind the counter was very rude. The warm welcome that I received when checking in and leaving was very different. »

« I had a reservation for 5 nights and checked in online however when I showed at the hotel they were over booked and gave my room away. So I was stranded in the middle of the night in a town I wasn’t familiar with and the front desk clerk did not offer to help or do anything other then suggest to cancel my reservation. They did manage to honor the rest of my stay but not having a room for a night definitely soured the entire experience »

« The room was clean but there was a very strong marijuana odor outside the rooms. Also, the front desk called the room to, very rudely, tell us only two people were allowed in the room. We were there for a funeral and were trying to be with family. They weren’t staying the night, just visiting, but it was a surprise and just didn’t sit well with us; it felt like we were being constantly being watched. »

« I was very disappointed at the property in the upkeep of my room there are a lot of things unrepared looks like the door was had been damaged or kicked in at one time the phone didn't work in the room the alarm clock radio was broken and the water in the bathtub did not drain but slowly. »
