« Staff on check in were really lovely, friendly and helpful. Carried our suitcases upstairs which was much appreciated and provided iron and ironing board within minutes. Room 14 is a safety hazard! Tiny step in to the bathroom which is really easy to miss and I actually had a bad fall when staying. There's also a step down in to the bedroom part of the room, so be really careful if you stay in this room. Someone had pre set an alarm on the TV to 5:45am so if you stay here, make sure to check...

"La chambre et la salle de bain étaient propres. Le petit-déjeuner est très bien, avec beaucoup de choix et l'on peut le prendre très tôt (bien pour prendre le ferry) Pour les arrivées tardives possibilités de restauration. Seul bémol, au salon Churchill où nous sommes allés pour prendre 1 verre et manger, nous avons attendu 1 heure pour avoir, 1 assiette de pâtes et 1 de saumon fumé !!!! Le personnel s'est excusé mais aucun geste de fait au final, malgré la venue du responsable, même pas le cafe offert (4 £)!!!"
