Concernant le transport, nous sommes désolés que vous ayez eu des difficultés à vous déplacer. Pour tous ceux qui liront ceci, Boston est connue comme « la ville la plus accessible à pied d'Amérique » et, à ce titre, la plupart des gens marchent partout, tandis que beaucoup d'autres utilisent le métro. Heureusement, nous avons trois stations de métro différentes à trois ou six minutes à pied de chez nous, et les métros sont très faciles à utiliser. Nous espérons que vous avez profité du métro. En ce qui concerne les taxis, Boston n'est pas comme New York ou d'autres grandes villes, et la ville elle-même ne veut pas avoir des centaines de taxis qui circulent toute la journée. Merci encore!

Yes, the properties are old, but they are renovated and we got continual compliments on cleanliness. During the pandemic, to reduce exposure, we changed housekeeping to every other day. The feedback was positive, and guests overwhelmingly tell us they prefer it that way and don't want someone entering their room each day. We plan to keep it this way. As for rates, we offer 10 types of rooms, of varying sizes and price points. You selected a mid-level room. Comparatively, especially in the extremely busy month of May due to numerous college graduations, rates in this area soar to an average of 500 per night and more. By comparison, the rate you paid was half of that, and we feel we're offering some of the best rates in Boston. Thanks again for your feedback, we wish you all the best in your future travels.

Yes, there are many college students in the area (Boston has over 200,000 college students), and as graduations are now starting for many schools, students will be out and about and in a celebratory mood, and sometimes louder than perhaps they should be. Normally we don't have those issues, but graduations of so many students does bring with it an element of noise. It's the nature of Boston at this time of year. Thanks again!

We do our best to let everyone know in advance that we do not have elevators. That said, our rooms are at least 200 per night less than other area properties during Marathon weekend, and as much as 500 less per night than some nearby hotels. Thanks again.
