« The property is well maintained and very clean. The staff were beyond helpful and the front desk is very welcoming. They have a bar, but I didn’t utilize it. It’s located in the Clinton Hill neighborhood of Brooklyn and very safe. The bed was firm, which wasn’t horrible, but the softer pillows made up for it. « L'hotel et les chambres étaient propres, la litterie très confortable. Le personnel est très sympatique et trouve toujours des solutions dès le moindre problème. « My stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The customer service was terrible from the moment we arrived. « Clean cosy room. Property is well maintained and you can tell its not that old. The only takeaway was the ice maker stopped working during our stay. All and all my daughter and I enjoyed our 4 nights 🌙 »
