« We had a total of 12 people in our group and this property setup was perfect. People ages 8 months to 65 years. Location was great for exploring Snaefellness but not too far away from Reykjavik to discourage golden circle activities. Road is pretty easy to find, don’t need 4x4 but take it slow. Need cell phone access for getting to the property. We got to see northern lights while there so that was nice. Absolutely recommend staying here »

« Skuli was a superb host. He communicated with us several days before our stay and walked us through every step of check-in. His daughter, Christelle, met us in Reykjavik and drove out, leading the way to their home. She was available to answer any questions about how to work the appliances, etc. She was very helpful. « Perfectly remote and cozy! I wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy sleeping in but the land was calling to us. Terrific house manual sent ahead of booked stay takes all the guess work out of using the property. There are adjacent properties but separated by heavy vegetation. We slept very comfortably. I could see a small family enjoying this space too. The views of the mountains are super from the big windows and on the deck. »

« Erla's cozy red cottage was in the perfect place for us to get to after arriving early in Reykjavik. We were easily able to get to the things we wanted to see and do...Borgarnes and the Snefellsnes Penn. The house was spotless, the living area was spacious, and the beds were comfortable. We so enjoyed the hot tub after a long day witnessing the magic of Iceland. We would have stayed longer if there had been more days available. »

« Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans ce chalet agréable qui est joliment aménagé et très calme. Repos garanti. Point de départ idéal pour explorer la région et aller jusqu’à Snaefellsnes.
