« Good location. Very nice property. ❤️ »

« The house was very clean and there is a stunning view on the glacier from the house. It s possible to walk to Arnarstapi from the house (and there’s also a nice little beach at the beginning of the trail). »

« We were satisfied with this stay. The kids, 6-38, stayed in the larger house and we stayed in the smaller one. We thought the smaller house was closer to the large one, but it is a little bit down the road. The only comment I will make about the smaller house is that the parking area is up from the house and the path down is very rocky. If you have any mobility issues it would be difficult to traverse. It snowed while we were there and we had to use ice cleats to go up to the car. Overall though...

« Jon is very helpful, always available and gives very good advice. The comfortable house offers breathtaking views of the mountains, fjord and ocean. The tub experience at night and in the snow is a real discovery. An excellent family stay. »

« What a lovely cabin! Our family of 6 fit comfortably here. This was a perfect base for exploring the Snæfellsnes Peninsula and Silver Circle attractions. We loved the added benefit of the hot tub and having a clean, comfortable spot to relax that had clear views of the sky. The host was extremely helpful communicating back and forth. We did have a 4WD vehicle, but I don't expect one would be necessary to get to the cabin except after heavy snow. We'd stay here again. »
