My only complaint is l caught a cold as the room wasn’t that warm and bathroom was freezing cold as the heating in there was turned off. Heating should be turned on in the winter months 24/7 by the management or cleaning staff to ensure a comfortable arrival. Other than that a great stay and l would highly recommend staying there. It’s 350m from the station and easy walking distance to the centre of Bologna. »

« I stayed at this hotel for a work trip and booked three rooms for several days. The hotel is beautiful, well located for walking or using public transportation, and very quiet. I highly recommend the excellent breakfast. The only downside to my experience was the lack of flexibility when I had to leave a night early. Despite spending over €4,000, the hotel declined to offer any credit or refund for the unused night, which was disappointing. »
