Didn’t clean my room. Left at 8am returned 930pm. Did not have clean towels. They told me I had to go to the front desk to get clean ones. The hall floor was sticky—gross. Very disappointed in this place.

The service at check in stunk. The key didn’t work and I got conscendingly questioned if I put it near my cards or phone. It was after midnight I’m 7 months pregnant and was in pain and had to leave have to move half my stuff at the room only to be moved to another room have to climb the stairs (because there was no elevator) and get it before I could find the next room. In the next room the toilet didn’t flush unless you opened the lid and flushed it manually.

The room look very nice and clean. Laundry machine twice more expensive than other hotels on the area and both dryer not working properly. I did 3 circle of 60 minutes but my clothing is not dried. Jacky the front desk Lady very nice, she texted her manager and she said her manager told her to return my money back. That not the point, I just wanted my clothing dried. The housekeeping Lady so nice, she was asking if I need towels or anything else because I don’t need her to clean my room. I hope my review will help the hotel management make they other hotel guests happy about they laundry.

The rooms were clean and surprisingly quiet. The place is however somewhat run down. Floors , doors, and carpets are beat up. The exterior is littered with trash from guests and their dogs. Be careful where you step. You get what you pay for, it met my I need for a place to sleep and shower

What I didn't like about property was the first visit on 2/5 there was still trash in the trash can from the previous occupants. The second stop on 2/13 the room stunk of middle eastern food. Some people may like that stuff but we don't even like the smell of it. It also had outside doors that slammed, there was something on the floor in the hall on the first visit it was still there on the second visit. Terrible place to stay

I was able to park, stay, and fly. I don't agree one should have to pay if staying on both ends. The Uber transportation was great. The location is nice with the airport. The rooms require updating and some deferred maintenance.

The property is not ADA Compliant (you have to walk with your luggage up to the stairs to the second floor), there is mold in the bathroom, the floor doesn't look like its been vacuumed between guests, the floors between the hall and the bathroom is uneven without a threshold, and the freezer is totally frozen over. I'm sure Wyndham would be very unhappy to hear this place represents their name. I will be contacting them.

One of the grossest, dirty, unsafe, nasty hotels I have stayed at in a long time. We found toenail clippings and hairs in the bed, your shoes stuck to the floors as you walked around the room. The lock was janky and we did not feel secure. As we pulled up there was a police chase in the parking lot. The couple in front of us in line complained that their shower was not draining and asked if they could move rooms. They were told no, the hotel was not full. The staff was annoyed we were checking in. They actually seemed to be in an altered state. My kids started coughing after being in the room about an hour and one broke out in hives. Do not stay here!!

Night 1 we were woke up by very loud people in the pool at 12:45 a.m. Night 2 the fire alarm went off and we waited outside for 30 minutes @ 10 p.m.

The bathroom toilet had a crack in it leaking. Office chair was broken.some sketchy people around property felt we over paid by 20 dollars. Won’t stay here I. The return trip need a pool that’s open late for the kids..

The indian restaurant was excellent. The bed was comfortable and the room was pleasant and clean.

This was a very dirty room. Other people’s hair all over the shower. All the fixtures were falling out of the walls. Everything was rusted. Very gross! They should be embarrassed.

Difficult to find an employee and a few things in the room were worn out, but it was clean and quiet. The hot tub wasn't hot. Great water pressure in the shower, though, and that was more important.

This Hotel needs to be fixed. AC barely worked and was unplugged. Microwave also unplugged, had to move a very heavy entertainment center to get pugged in, then the tv stopped working. Room was dirty and smelled weird. Definitely will not be staying at this hotel in the future.

Staff can barely speak English. The light in the bathroom was very dim when we asked to habe the light changed out the gentleman said that was the normal light. You couldn't even tell if the bathroom was cleaned properly, that maybe why they have a dim light as so that you cant see how dirty the bathroom is. Hense our shies stuck to the bathroom floor. Now that may have been to how dirty the carpet. Didn't have a tv remote. Breakfast was for the birds. One positive that we had it was very quiet. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

They respected not to enter the room to clean but never knocked to ask if my trash needed to be removed or need new towels. Pool and hot tub made my skin itchy. No vents in the bathroom. Pool area smelled badly. And of course the last night I'm there I find out there's a night club attached to the hotel. The don't have a coin machine to get any change so you can do laundry. They charge $6 a plate if you take it out of the restaurant. Cheap stay but really don't offer much.

2 queen bed room on the 1st floor. As soon as we opened the door there was a false eyelash on the floor.. the floor in the room was seriously coming up, my husband founf hair and crumbs in the beds. The door to the bathroom looks like its about to fall off. Literally, i know its cheap, but stay somewhere nicer. 👍

Don’t do it.
This place is DIRTY. Ceiling was crumbling all over our bathroom covering us & our belongings in dust. Front desk was hard to reach when calling, and we never even got our wake up call that was requested. Hot tub had tons of hair/debris floating around. Half of the downstairs level by the pool is a giant storage unit for the owners junk it seems. Not a good experience.

Room was dirty, mold growing on the shower curtain, no fan in bathroom, scary parking lot, tv on the blink, others dirty close behind furniture. Was so dirty I wouldn't dare eat the food. Looked like hotel across the parking was a weekly rental or a place for the homeless. Creepy people would watch you getting out of your car through their windows.
