I was refused check in after a 7 hour drive because this "pet friendly" hotel would not allow my cat. Nothing on the website indicated cats were not allowed. and BONUS! the clerk told me she would refund my money because they would not let me check in. to date, my money has not been refunded and I had to challenge it with my credit card company.

The modest room rate is the attraction. But you don't get what you don't pay for. In all, Inn America Boise is fine for a place to get a shower and sack out at a modest price.It's a bit dated and thats ok. Their complementary breakfast is ok but uninspiring. Being close to the airport, it has a bit of noise, which is not surprising. The biggest challenge I had is being able to use light switches on lamps and the drain plug on the sink, owing to poor design. I have trouble with my hands and had to struggle. Electrical outlets are old and worn and what is plugged in is not always getting a solid electrical contact.Hence,my CPAP was not usable.
