« Nice stay »

« Staff were without exception wonderful - most friendly and helpful. Very reasonable rates per night. Enjoyed all meals over the two night stay. Great decor, always something interesting to look at, comfortable, well laid out rooms with plenty of space. AND we had a Sea View! Splendid. Will use other hotels in the same chain (The Inn Collection Group) whenever possible when we are in the area. »

Lovely welcome and check-in spoiled by an older lady I believe called Nicola (that’s what came up on the digital till when I purchased a drink later in the evening) who involved herself unnecessarily in the check-in process. « The staff were fabulous very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent for the price. We had a dog room but it was clean and spacious. My only complaint was the tv we could only get bbc channels to work. But we were out all day . Lovely village and easy to travel from . Nice food available all day . Good value »

« All the staff at the Anglers Arms were lovely, they couldn’t do enough for you. All the food we had (3 breakfasts &. 1 dinner) was very good. The hotel is in need of some modernisation but we know that Joanne and the team are working on this, given a little time they will get everything right but in the meantime it is still a good place to stay and excellent value. »

« Très bon hôtel. Extrêmement propre, et avec un personnel très aimable. Le petit déjeuner est un peu...bizarre...(self service dans le couloir), mais les chambres étant très grandes, avec des magasins très proches, on peut facilement acheter un petit déjeuner pas cher et revenir le prendre dans la chambre. Les chambres sont très grandes, cuisine, avec tous les ustensiles nécessaires. J'y retournerais sans hésiter. »
