« We found multiple spiders in our room, spider webs in most corners of the ceiling, and areas that has not been dusted for awhile. Windows were quite dirty. Staff seemed unprofessional, not welcoming or friendly. Disappointed in the accommodations.. have always had good experiences with best western hotels, this was a first. »

« The staff were all very friendly. They made me feel welcome. The room was nice and very clean. However, the pool and hot tub area were very disappointing. There was black mold on the walls and ceilings. There were 55 gallon drums of chemicals outside the pool chemical room. There were spiders in the pool. The pool and hot tub space did not feel safe or inviting. »

« The host thought of everything including coffee pods and wine? beer. Extra blankets were also appreciated. Our only negative was that the bedrooms were very tiny. Fortunately we only had 3 guests...I have no idea where the 4th person would sleep. Nice fire pit in the back yard, but no chairs. But we will be back next year. »
