SECURITY DEPOSIT
To help us maintain the quality of the property for all our guests, we kindly ask for a small deposit of £100. This is returned 7 working days after checkout if all the house rules are followed and there no major damages.

LOST KEYS AND PERMIT
In the event of keys being lost or misplaced, a £50 fee will be charged to replace the keys. If the parking permit is lost or damaged, a charge of £25 will be incurred to you.

AIRPORT TRANSFER
If you require pick-up/ drop-off from Birmingham Airport, we can arrange this at an additional charge to your booking.

QUIET TIME
As this is a residential area we ask that noise is kept to a minimum between 10PM- 8AM.
