« For the cost of what we paid for the rental, it was fantastic. It has 2 great outdoor spaces, with a top and lower deck. It is small, but enough space for what we needed. It needs a few simple things, that I noticed others mention, like more towels. We are 60 guest and had to maneuver to get up the outdoor steps and to get in to the high ledge bath tub/showers. « The house was very clean and well kept! Plenty of space and the outside yard was very big! The neighborhood was safe and much to our surprise, a short walk to a beautiful river! It was close in proximity to downtown! Sara & Marvin were easy to get in touch with and were very responsive! The house is well stocked with everything you could need! The banana muffins were a sweet touch! I would recommend this place! »

« Such a unique experience. Gave a weekend stay to my family of boys who love The Hobbit and anything adventure. The set up inside is so cozy and we loved having the fireplace outside. They really thought of everything to make our winter stay cozy and enjoyable. Enjoyed being close to the ski slopes as well so great location for that and some good restaurants nearby but feel somewhat secluded when you’re at the house which was nice. »
