« The hotel was the definition of sketchy. The pictures used to advertisement seem to be one room that looks good and the rest are gross. Our room was disgusting and the only that that seemed clean was the bed. The bathroom and tub had black stains, bugs and stuff all over the towels. There was hair and pubic hair in the toilet and tub. We didn’t end up staying the night as planned. We left as soon as possible. »

« WiFi not working. Hot water not working. »

« EV chargers were broken. TV controller didn’t work. Room service food order was delivered cold three time. Bed was stiff. »

« This place is amazing! Travelled solo for a night and wanted something different than just a hotel. This place has everything you need. I will definitely be back »

« The only milk was oat or soy milk, therefore I didn’t eat cereal. The eggs I think were powdered, not much flavor. My son had waffles and they seemed to be okay as well as the sausage. »

« The room was large and comfortable with very high ceilings making it seem even bigger. The room was clean and everything worked well. The AC blowing on me was the only negative. The staff was friendly and helpful. There was ample parking as 80 % of the hotel was airline pilots and staff and they had no cars. The location was convenient as well. Great spot to stay in Bentonville. »
