« Great location. Cute little house we stayed in to be near my daughter at the University of Arkansas. It was about a little less than 30 minutes from the university, depending on traffic. We stayed during a game day weekend. Would stay here again. »

« The property was amazing. Everything the listing stated was accurate. Could not have ask for a better host. If you’re looking for a get away from the hustle and bustle this is definitely the place. It’s literally in the middle of nowhere but well worth the stay. It was amazing and we’ll definitely do it again. »

« We had such a great stay at Talmadge’s Farm House! The house seemed to be newly renovated, but kept the rustic charm to add to the coziness of being surrounded by nature. The shower and tub were dreamy, the bed was comfy, and the hot tub was very relaxing after a long day of exploring. « There are so many things to like. A convenience store with short order restaurant was only 1/2 mile away. There are mowed paths for those who enjoy nature walks. It is rural. I didn't see anyone the 4 days i was there. The place was clean, had an incredible air conditioner. I loved my stay. My wife was going to come with me but she wasn't able this time.i needed a quiet respite and this was perfect. It is roughly half way between Mt Magazine and Paris. »

« The guest home stay was perfect! It had all the things needed for a 3 night weekend stay! We brought an air mattress for our 5th family member to sleep on. Our family enjoyed the ammenities outside: the pool was awesome, the patio, firepit, and TV set up made for a perfect setup for an all day stay while we recovered from our long road trip. « We enjoyed are selfs. Felt quite comfortable. Definitely will stay again. Was nice and clean. The master bathroom bed was great. The second room beds were good. The bunk beds in the third room were not comfortable. This house was stocked well. With maybe just needing more pots & pans for cooking. But overall was the right place for us. The store isn’t very far if you need goods. The grill worked well. Thank you for allowing us to stay. »

We enjoyed gathering together on the front and back porches and enjoyed the fire pit. David was very helpful and accommodating of our needs. "Cela fait deux hotels du groupe Whyndam en deux jours ou je passe une tres mauvaise nuit. Je me suis fait avoir par la nite sur hotels.com qui semblait tres convenable. La chambre etait en tres mauvaise etat et etait sale. Tapisserie qui se decroche, la ventilation de la salle bain qui se déclenchait avec la lumière ainsi que la climatisation faisaient tellement de bruit que je n'ai pas pu les utiliser. Etat de propreté de la chambre inacceptable. Voir photos ci-joint. Je serais reconnaissant si vous faites un geste commercial suite à ces nuits "
