Hôtel Parfait , de très haute qualité !
Séjour dans cet hôtel Parfait ! Un protocole sanitaire bien mis en place, un personnel agréable, professionnel et serviable. Une mention spéciale à "Raùl" du restaurant, mais aussi aux animatrices. Hôtel très propre et des techniciens très réactifs. Nous y reviendrons :)

très bon hôtel , bien situé et en all in, seul bémol le all in ne comprend pas votre dîner de midi le dernier jour.

Hôtel à qq rues de la plage
Après une semaine un peu tanné du buffet, presque identique à chaque soir. La salle à diner pas très propre. Les demi-murs centraux séparant le buffet des tables plein de coulisses de ??? Les salles de bain nettoyé rapido et aucun ajout de shampoings ou autres si nécessaire. Faut demander plusieurs fois et cela peut prendre du temps à les recevoir.

Pas mal comme hotel mais dificile à trouver
Il faut etre plus precis sur pension complete. Nous l'avons acheter sur le site mais ce n'etait pas tout a fait une pension complete ( boissons limitées, pas d'acces au SPA gartuit comme indiqué) . Pour l'avoir Il faut payer le supplement a l'hotel mais le personnel n'as pas proposé ça ( nous l'avons decouvert nous meme à la fin de sejours)

Excellent service with staff being very particular and always aware of consumer needs. Food was excellent - not one dish let it down with variety of different options at breakfast, lunch and dinner. Only issue was the air-con was extremely random and seemed to be locked meaning temperature could not be adjusted. The room was sometimes v. hot. Overall, would definitely return. Thank you

The staff especially on the bar was very nice. Custamor service was very outgoing, prefessional and fun. Too bad that the saunas weren't working at least few days and when it worked the showers on the Spa area were broken. The price was also suddenly 1€more per person witch was told on another day.

The hotel is perfect, it’s adults only, it’s in a very good walkable location near to the beach front. The food is outstanding with a lot of choices to suit everybody. Great snack bar outside by the pool for lunchtime if you don’t want to go down to the restaurant. Hotel is very clean, the staff are very polite and friendly. The rooms are lovely. The hotel is quite central for all the bars and shows and is a very short taxi ride if you want it. Thoroughly recommend this hotel.

En conjunto está muy bien. El mobiliario es antiguo, pero el hotel está bien mantenido, en especial las zonas comunes. Habitación amplia, con balcón exterior y buena ubicación del edificio.

Mycket prisvärt boende med helpension, maten var bra buffé och mycket variationer.Härlig underhållning varje kväll med både dans och quiz.Baren på kvällen är bra, många variationer på drinkarna.För 18€ får man tillträde till SPA i två timmar. Parkering kostar 15€ per natt.Frukost med otrolig variation på både varm och kall mat. Stannade två nätter många var där i både 1 och 2 veckor, kan bli lite enformigt med maten då.

Amazing place
It is a really nice hotel, very modern with friendly staff. However the swimming pool is freezing and the hot tub was not on the whole time. The food was either really good or very bad however you do get a free trip to the spa that is definitely worth it

All-inclusive package was great. Room was very clean and comfortable. Staff were welcoming, courteous and very helpful. Food was served in buffet style - wide variety to suit every taste - particularly liked homemade soups, and carvery style roast beef and Yorkshire pudding, baked ham, pork belly and rib of beef (served on different days). Cabaret varied each evening on the terrace and was a lot of fun. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Buena experiencia
La experiencia fue muy grata, llegamos antes de la hora de entrada, la habitación ya estaba lista y nos fue entregada, además pudimos almorzar y comenzar a utilizar las instalaciones de manera inmediata. Excelente atención por parte del personal en todas las áreas del hotel. Buena variedad de comidas para todos los gustos, igualmente de bebidas alcohólicas y no alcohólicas. Los cócteles no son de un 10 pero les colocaría un 7, se pueden mejorar. Con relación a la habitación me sorprendió que no hubiese champú y acondicionador, tfue necesario comprarlos, los implementos de aseo diario como jabones, cepillo dental y crema en una ocasión fue necesario solicitarlo ya que no habían sido repuestos, solo fue necesario una sola vez a partir de ese momento eran repuestos si solicitarlo. Me pareció sorprendente que cobrarán por estacionar siendo huéspedes del hotel, lo pudiese entender si NO fuera a alojarme pero siendo huésped cobrando diario una cantidad. Es necesario habilitar un bar cerca del área de la piscina, ya que es incómodo estar trasladándose al bar donde NO puedes entrar si estás mojado, lo que se traduce en incomodidad para el usuario.
