Lovely well laid out property with everything you need in great location. nice enclosed outdoor space which is a bit of a sun trap. plenty of nearby pubs and restaurants, and a 10 - 15 minute walk to the beach. I'm afraid that feel that the check in system is a big let down and very much based on squeezing as much money as possible in a rather cynical manner from early check in costs. we all know that the entry time has crept up over the years to 4 o'clock...

« The space and layout of the house is amazing. Very good for a larger family of 6 adults. The dining room view was very beautiful. The whole house is very well presented and offers great natural light throughout the house. The swimming pool and outside area is fabulous. Our favourite place to be. Great hot tub and my daughter loved the swing seat in the garden nook The bedrooms were a good size and the beds are very comfortable. The modern decor throughout the house is very nice....

« The 3 storey town house enjoyed a superb location 100 yards from Sandown beach . Off road parking to rear , additional space on the development . The layout of the property provided several balconies to sit out and enjoy views over the sea . Great kitchen for cooking , TVs in most rooms , several flights of stairs so not suitable for those who would struggle . We slept with the sounds of waves breaking on the beach at night which was amazing . Some feed back about the town house complained...

« The property is spacious and is well placed for access to the town.However we found the lack of parking to be an added anxiety at the end of the day. Although told we could park in Co-op the signs said it closed with the shop at 8pm so we didn't risk it.Also the windows were extremely hard to open and close and didn't provide any noise reduction from the the very busy road. Buses ran until midnight and glazier and Co-op were both un/loading by 7am.We also had a ring doorbell go at 8.30 on 2...

« It was clean and fully equipped for family self-service stay. Thank you. It would be nice to have an ensuite master bedroom (perhaps not applicable to this property now, but I will look out for one next time). Also, we would have preferred a lock on the master bedroom door. Otherwise, spot on! »

« The house was lovely, spacious and airy and catered for our needs. The provision of fans was much appreciated in the current soaring temperatures! Our only slight niggle was that the garden didn’t reflect the photos as advertised, there was no BBQ and it wasn’t conducive to alfresco dining. If this could be attended to, it would be perfect. « The cottage was equipped with everything we needed… and more!Comfortable furniture and comfortable beds.The location is great - within easy walking distance of many amenities and yet in a lovely quiet setting… even the ringing of the nearby church bellls was lovely to listen to.We loved the relaxng enclosed garden.Correspondence with the host was easy and prompt.The only thing that was a bit confusing was the ‘booking in’ process… although having done that for the first time, I’m sure it will be...
