« The well water is polluted with sargassum, which contains toxic substances. According to the NIH, Rotting Sargassum seaweed releases toxic gases, primarily hydrogen sulfide (\(H_{2}S\)) and ammonia (\(NH_{3}\)), which cause respiratory, skin, and neurological issues. « The property was gorgeous and very clean. The outdoor pool with a jungle view was breathtaking. Plenty of space and everything was very modern.
