« the resort was beautiful. loved the pool the kitchen was very nice .very clean. Eiden was very nice and helpful...activity director Karen was awsome and very helpful . making sure all our activities were set up. due to mother nature the beach was not available but there were other beaches near by. karen booked us a tour to check out the Mayan ruins and cave tubing with lunch included. we had an awsome time.....Eddy and Mike {tour guides} were really cool and made sure everyone was comfortable...

« Perfectly located equidistant from downtown and Secret Beach. Place was clean and beautiful. The only reason it didn’t get 5 stars was beyond any human’s doing: the sargassum on the shore stinks a bit, less-so on breezy days…we got over it. We’ll be back! »

"Très bel hôtel, très bien entretenu en pleine végétation au bord de mer. Endroit magique. En revanche, le service était minimaliste et la nourriture basique. Nous avons eu le sentiment (ce qui est rare pour ce niveau d’hotel) d’avoir été une machine à fric. Dommage !"
